Frances' PP Diary

Thursday December 01st - First day back tracking!

Well, yesterday was my first day to track properly and I'v still not learned to PP things before they go in the hatch! Double Decker bar is 8 friggen PP's!!!!!
Anyway I went WAY over but am not stressing about it.. Its done now and the line has been drawn.. Here my diary...

Water: 2ltrs
Drinks: Tea. Coffee. can DC
Milk: 3pp

Brekkie: Weetabix Bran Flakes - 4pp

Lunch: 2 toast (4) 2 easi singles (3) King luxury (5) - 12pp

Snack: Double Decker (8) Apple (0) - 8pp

Dinner: Mince (6) with onions and gravy (1), roasted BNS and mash (4) - 11pp

Snack: Wotsits - 5pp

Total used today:eek: :43pp/29
 
I'd have no problem eating all that everyday... Sometimes I wonder why you need this weight loss site hehe. We all know I need it cuz I'm a greedy mare when it comes to food. I'd frickin love a double decker now... ;)

Laura that's the thing tho.. I was trying to be good.. While still being bold.. Maybe I was rebelling ha ha..
I needed chocolate.. So ate that bar.. Didn't enjoy it and felt ill after it!! Then I realised I'm due this weekend.. Obviously this is why I wanted that bar so badly!!!
And now today i'm sucking at using my PP's!!! :(
Where's the halfway line?? coz i'm either way past or way below :(
 
Its actually very annoying.. When i'm actively being good I eat allot of fruit and veg.. Therefore there's no room in my belly for an extra bit of spud or a bigger piece of meat.. So its nearly impossible to not eat crap but use my allowance.. I dont drink milk and I like juice but wudn't like them too often as they kill me with acid! I dont like butter in my spuds.. All the little things one wud do to up the PP's are things that just done suit my taste buds.. (except that I had a tea spoon of sugar on my porridge instead of a canderel today :D) So I think in order for me not to feel like i'm failing I need to swap.. See how I go then..

Dont know whats come over me but I suddenly feel like I need a cry about it all.. Am not gona!! Am sat at my desk!! But suddenly I feel like "I can't do it, whats the point"
 
God I had a weekend like that and had massive binges. Really upset myself and didn't know why, but I stuck with it Monday and was fine then. Probably hormones with you being due on....My pp's have been upped to 33 and I thought I wouldn't be able to do it, but I've managed, added oil when cooking, and eating kinda non-diety foods. Maybe try not to eat the low fat versions of things and it might bring your pp's up like regular philla instead of light......ohh I don't know. Give simply filling a trial week and see how you go. You'll not have to stress about eating under your allowance so might be great for you
 
Oh hon. But you are doing it. You're doing it the best way you can and just don't worry if you're too full to eat every pp... You're using them on healthy foods! Don't cry lovely... I bet you'll be much happier on simply filling because you don't need to count and therefore you won't be feeling this way if you don't "eat enough" you know? I'm the opposite and think I might eat too much on it so I'm hmming and ha-ing about it still. X

Thanks Laura.. I know I sound like I'm being a spoilt brat but I dont like the full fat versions of most things I eat.. Like, regardless of whether r not I'm being good I'd never have full fat milk.. or cheese.. or mince.. or coke.. or butter.. I dont fry anything really, I dont like that taste/texture of oil/fats so I would usually grill..
I was going to add 2 spoons of sugar to my porridge but done one, then tasted it.. It was nice but any more sugar and i'd have puked!
I'll have some WW spring onion mash for dinner today instead of making fresh mash.. they're 2pp per portion and they're quite small so i'll use 3 bringing my total to 24pp.. And I'll try fit in a WW Choc eclair with a cuppa after dinner.. That's 26pp.. that'll do!! ha

I dont usually get teary around * week.. Dunno whats going on.. Second time today!! But i'm good.. And i'm not gona give in.. Do think i'm gona swap tho.. as I like to eat fruit n veg n brown carbs n dont snack much i think i'll be fine on it.. And less stressed!!
 
Tis while isn't it, when I'm not on plan I eat pure rubbish, but when on plan I eat alot of fruit and veg, same as you, then find it hard to eat the pp. It's bloody annoying. But look at it this way, I'd rather not use all my points and eat good food, than not follow the plan and have take-away every other day!! Don't worry too much about finishing up your points. Have your own homemade mash if you like and don't worry. ((((hugs)))
