Aww that's sweet Sarah.. :D Any where yer going? Took me a good 2 r 3 weeks after hols to get back on it so if it takes a while to get there dont get frustrated with yerself.. its natural!!
As for yer sneaky WI gain, I'd say its water retention etc from the flight and/or muscle build up from yer running n walkin on hols.. fair play to ya doing it.. the only exercise I got in Lanzarote was walking to the pub/restaurants n dancing :D :D

Mmm dunno if its water or anything. Kinda feels like a legit gain if you know what I mean. We'll see on saturday if I can get it down a bit. Knowing me I'll put it all on at xmas. I am finding it hard getting back to normal today... I don't want to fall off the wagon entirely so making sure I stay on this site lol.

It is hard am not gona lie but once ya'v done a good shop and have yer good food and low pp snacks/treats in it'll be easier.. And of course once ya'v got over the tiredness of it!! I have every faith u'll get back to it.. Just as I say dont beat yerself up if ya dont stick to plan 100% the first week r so..

Jono told me not to ask him anything coz he doesn't wana give anything away or ruin it.. So i've left him be.. He's a crap liar!! My Dad is dying to tell me and keeps trying tease me.. But I havn't entertained him at all as I know how brutal he is at keeping secrets so just one word from me and I know he'll let it slip!!

There isn't much in the house to snack on thankfully. I have some ritz dunkers in the fridge just. Had WW bagel with a fried egg earlier (bought the bagels before hols to have when I get back and I'm glad now lol). So far so good but dunno what I'll be eating for dinner! Something bold no doubt. Maybe if I stick to 29 then from tomorrow to saturday I'll minimize damage lol.

Ooh he's like my dad. My dad cannot keep a secret. He hints and hints and hints until you actually KNOW what it is and then you've to pretend you still don't know *sigh* I love surprises, I'm excited on your behalf!! Eeeeeeepppp :D xxx

Ha ha ha.. Yea that's what he's like.. He keeps bringing up that he knows something I dont.. I hav been trying to ignore him, to the point i'm actually being rude! But I dont want to ruin the effort they'v all gone to by finding out..
He's already dropped enough hints about what my brother is getting me for Christmas that i'm 99% sure I know what it is!!
 
Ohh the birthday surprise sounds exciting. Can't wait on your behalf hehe.

Sarah try not to worry about the gain, even natural slim girls who don't battle weight put it on in hols. It's part of the fun hehe. You'll have it off in no time and you'll get back on track soon enough xx

OK so here's to the first diary in a couple of weeks.. Had a bit of an issue with whether I shud reduce the PP value of the mince in my dinner as I boiled and drained n washed away as much grease n fat off it as possible, but in the end decided to PP it as it was on the pack...
Here goes..

Water: 1.6ltr
Drinks: Tea. Coffee. Cappuccino - 1pp

Brekkie: Branflakes + milk allowance for the day - 7pp

Lunch: Toasted cheese sandwich - 6pp

Snack: WW hula hoops (minging!!) - 2pp

Dinner: Stew - 12pp

Total Used: 28

Its amazing isn't it..sometimes you can use 28pp and have a really unhealthy day, and sometimes you can use more and have a really healthy day. I like to do it every now and again, because I wanna be slim and healthy not just slim! x
 
Yeah salt is a tricky one because so much already has added salt. I haven't had a look in a while, might to todays intake later for a nosy. Your diaries always look fine though. Your not much into the ready meals either so your probably way under what most are for sodium.

Are you still under your pp's for today or did you figure something out?

I was so busy this morning that it was 11:45 before I realised I was hungry.. So I didn't have brekkie.. So have another 3pp's to make up!! So far I've had... An orange.. A pear.. And a toastie.. 7pp!! Have a cappuccino for my 3o'c slump so that's another 1!! Then dinner.. Chicken with mash n veg I think.. Mayb I'll add butter to my mash instead of the dribble of LF milk I usually use.. that'll use an exctra 2 r there abouts..
 
Amm its hard isn't it, especially if you don't wanna eat rubbish. Have you thought of maybe wrapping and stuffing your chicken fillet - bacon wrap or sorrento ham, and maybe stuff it with roulade cheese or garlic and herb philla or something. I know its not many extra pp's but it won't add too much extra bulk to the dinner. I'm kinda in the same boat today, didn't have much for breakie as weigh day, then only fancied a toastie for lunch too so 7pp too. Think I'll make pork loins done in tomato and paprika in the oven with a side of rice so another 10ish so 17 today ha.....and I'll be stuffed after that. Its either not enough pp or too little pp with me!!!
 
I very very RARELY use too little pp. And usually its because I'm ill or something lol. Use milk & butter in your mash hon. And maybe even drink a glass of milk cuz you missed brekkie. Calcium is important as is Iron & Vit C for women. Make sure you get enough chick ;) xx
 
Couldn't possible have milk & butter in my mash chic.. Finding it difficult to think of butter in it.. Its how I had it as a kid but stopped puttin in in years ago.. now the thought freaks me out a little..
And can only drink a glass of milk when i'm hungover :D xx
 
Ugh I hate milk. Used to drink cartons of the stuff as a child, think it put me off. But I do like a bit of butter. I made my hubby saute spuds the last day, had some left over spuds and he was hungry after footy, so I just fried them off in some butter, they looked and smelled gorgeous, was very hard to resist mmmm
 
You cant think of butter in your mash?? Why hon? Do you not like it? You should make yourself some gratin potatoes some evening... mmm. you'll get your pp on those!
 
I've just gotten used to mash without it.. Now thinking about it makes me think its greasy r something.. I usually use the tiniest amount of milk or a laughing cow triangle to make it fluffy..

Ended up having pizza for dinner!! No difficulty in using them in the end ha ah
 
Ah its only a wee bit of butter. These things in small amounts are good for you. Same as its good to have some olive oil even though its greasy lol.
Mmm pizza, lovely. I had bolognaise. I'm failing miserably at being good this week it seems. Next week is a fresh start I suppose ;) xx
