Yea well I wud hav been yest too had I not been greedy n called it a day on the vodka earlier!!! Had murder with Jono n all n iv no recollection of it at all :eek:
Had dinner ready n all do there'd b no messin about yesterday but was way too ill to hav it.
Back in it now tho. Was just in jono's there n he brought up crisp sambo's n coconut mallows with tea for us both. I resisted n just had me tea :D

Baby belle I'd hav scoffed them if I cud hav fit them in. I love roasters but I asked for extra veg n no mash on purpose :D I ate the veg first n then started on the rest. So by time I got half way thru the veg I was filling up quickly... Am determined to get my 3lb gain off soon as I can do I can start dropping more weight :)

Hav only just woke. So gona hav sim fruit n a yogurt for brekkie. That way I'll still be hungry enough to hav a decent lunch n won't hav skipped a meal :D

I'd been really good coming up to Xmas and found this site so helpful, but then with the all the festivities I haven't been able to check up here!
I have been an absolute disaster eating wise since St Stephen's day, I managed to be really good on Xmas day but come Stephen's day I wanted to eat everything in sight ( I went to a party and literally wanted to eat everything even stuff I have never liked). Since then I just can't seem to get back on track. I think it's because I knew I wasn't getting weighed that I just stopped caring! Now I'm faced with my WI in two days and I'm so scared, I managed to lose 13 and 1/2 pounds in the run up to Xmas and I know I'm gonna be gutted when I've put on weight but at the time I just didn't care! I'm hoping that once I get weighed I can get myself back on track!

Sorry Dubchick for hijacking your diary I just can't really figure out how to use this site!

Anyway any tips to getting back on track will be very much appreciated!

Maybe do a bit of exercise before ur WI for damage limitation... Do u have a food diary we could read or a weight loss diary... Write a list of ur reasons for doing it and pop on fridge/in purse with a picture of u at heaviest or what u aim for! U can do it :) xx

Go to the Weight watchers site, click on food diaries and click on new post at the top, then start your diary in there. Good luck with getting back on track and everyone will try and help I'm sure. As with weigh-in, you aren't alone, just treat it as day one of your new healthy year and go for it. Try not to be too disheartened, I'm looking at at least a 4lb gain, but don't mind because I had a great christmas, but determined not to add to the 4lb lol. Best of luck again xx
 
Good luck for WI :) and the gym! If u go to the list of threads then find the weight loss programmes and under ww the food diary/weight loss diary and click new thread :) x

Hi dunnelc n welcome my diary. No probs for hi jackin lol
I think everyone went a bit AWOL over Christmas do just try get back on track soon as. First off... Do a good food shop so yer prepared n don't fall at the first hurdle causing more comfort eating. Then just face yer WI n jump back on the wagon. First WI is tough (was for me) but gives ya motivation to get back off what ya may hav gained. N it may not be as bad as ya think... Good luck for starting again n goin the gym. Will try find yer diary n help where/when I can :)

Hav had a good food day today. Really proud as I was out n about n it wud hav been so much easier to pack it in for the day n start again but u stuck with it. :)
