Water: pint
Milk for tea: 3pp

Brekkie: Dunnes 0% pear yogurt. Banana. Pineapple - 2pp

Lunch: Brown bread. Turkey slice. Tomato. Spring onion. Lettuce - 6pp

Dinner: Lasagne. Tablespoon lf coleslaw. - 7pp

Snack: 2 toast. 2 boiled eggs - 9pp

Total used: 27/29

Resisted chocolate, garlic bread and biscuits!! Had a tiny ptn of lasagne so prob over pointed as it was 6pp for a third, n I had about a quarter!! So am really pleased with today.

Well I'm ok until about 8 I start to get hungry again, so today I'm going to try save a few points for a cereal bar or something. I'm focused today although I'm so tired getting back to reality. I've printed out a two week ww menu so I'm goin to steal ideas for that as its ready pointed and might help me.

Oh very good.. Where did you print that off from?
I'm gona go thru my recipes now n print off some.. Get me back to cooking nice meals again.. Tend to forget what I have n make the same things all the time..
Why dont u have a nice fruit smoothie in the evening?? Easier for ur body to burn off while sleeping than carbs in a cereal bar?? Or brush yer teeth.. That's what I do when I'm hungry late in the evening.. That or have a glass of water :D
 
Ha I was doing the very same thing last night. Went through all my old menus and wrote out a new plan. I eat alot of the same things all the time. So since Sunday I've been trying new things. A change is as good as a rest hehe xx
 
I know.. I always make my obvious dinners.. Chicken n mash.. Stir fries.. Curries.. That kinda thing.. But have some lovely low pp and super tasty recipes.. And they're all quick n easy to make so its a shame.. I find i get bored too quickly when I eat the same things all the time.. So wana jazz it up a tad :D

I think everyone went a bit AWOL over Christmas do just try get back on track soon as. First off... Do a good food shop so yer prepared n don't fall at the first hurdle causing more comfort eating. Then just face yer WI n jump back on the wagon. First WI is tough (was for me) but gives ya motivation to get back off what ya may hav gained. N it may not be as bad as ya think... Good luck for starting again n goin the gym. Will try find yer diary n help where/when I can :)

Hav had a good food day today. Really proud as I was out n about n it wud hav been so much easier to pack it in for the day n start again but u stuck with it. :)

Thanks a mill for the advice! Just lookig at your food diary and see you had lasagne yesterday! I love lasagne but thought it would be really high in PP! Have you got a reciepe for a WW friendly lasagne?

Yeah the thing about jazzing it up means we've to get the calculators out again and start thinking again. Its good. Like I love lasagna and the last day I tried to rethink it and make it lower and it was really lovely to have an old favourite again lol. Must make stroganoff now some day, think you've a recipy for that, must have a nosy, and I'm gonna make thai green curry some day too x

I dont have lasagne allot TBH.. And NEVER cook it fresh.. I had a small portion as I was out in my friends house.. The one she bought was 6pp for 250g portion.. Which was 1/3 of the whole thing.. I had quarter so had less but still pointed it as 6 just in case.. I know the carroll's lasagne isn't too bad points wise.. I think its 11 for the whole thing (the single serving one).. So when I have that (which is prob once a year!) I make BNS wedges for a side.. Still feels and tastes like yer having lasagne n wedges but the BNS is 0pp so its not so bad.. Laura made a turkey lasagne last week.. Maybe she'll have a recipe?????

Yea there's a straganoff recipe in my thread there.. That's actually delish :D
I love the chicekn cacciatore and carbonara.. yummmmmmmmmmm..
And they taste like yer being bold so its a treat, while not using masses of PP's :D

God the Carrolls one isn't bad at all. Pity I can't have it with the wheat. Defo avoiding the wheat after the effects of some I had a christmas. Still have the mouth ulcers to prove it lol. I've never bought lasagna in my life, always made it from scratch but it used to have chicken, chorizo, cheddar, mozzerella, veg, pasta and white sauce all over it. It was bloody devine lol. No more though, but the low fat one is tasty too hehe

Yea I think 11 is really good for that.. Coz its really tasty.. In all honestly tho half that is enough for me and no-one will share one.. And i wouldn't have it 2 days running so half would go in the bin, and that's a waste..
(saying that I cud easily eat a full one too.. But wud b sick i'd b so full)
