AAaaw Frances, it takes patience, i loooove running in the rain .... i just stick my ipod in and think of other things whilst im running .... you dont even realise your doing a workout

My sister says it gets easier once your really into it. She's done a few marathons, says its great for clearing your head. I'm gonna brave the outside in the spring I think. To dangerous were I live in this weather
