I'm not sure if it's because I overdid the water or because they weren't very flavourful compared to whatever else I've been eating. Definitely put off though!

About 3-4 hours out in the garden weeding, chopping and taming the jungle (exhausted!)
Breakfast: Two egg omelette in Frylight, satsuma and a nectarine.
Lunch: Strawberries!! 3 x WW brown danish (HexB) and flora light (synned).
Tea: 4 x quorn sausages, Heinz spaghetti, SW wedges with a BBQ shotz sprinkled on (these were a complete FAILURE and horrible by the way...I have yet to master SW chips/wedges). 42g Low Low cheese (HexA). Nando's sauce (synned).
Followed by 2 x Alpen light (HexB) crumbled on vanilla & choc mullerlight and raspberries.
My hormones are obviously all out of whack. I've got a * week again!! I'll never lose weight if I'm always bloated! I want to eat everything in the house, too!
Going to a party tomorrow night. There will be drink flowing and a huge buffet of naughty things. My plan is NOT to be drinking and I hope I can be good with the food.

Followed by strawberries, raspberries, mullerlight and 2 x Alpen bars (HexB) and a pink & white (synned).
Snacks/Grazing: banana, nectarine, satsuma

Syns: Gravy - 3 syns Dessert - Not so healthy this week but a tiny portion. I'm guessing at the rest of my syn allowance - 12 syns I hate not being able to pinpoint it exactly. Was about 1 tbsp vanilla icecream, half a small cookie made with sweetener, dollop of mullerlight (free), 1 small squirt of cream and about a tbsp of experimental chocolate sorbet (made with sweetener, cocoa powder and yoghurt).
Argh! Only 2lb to go until 1 stone off! However, I was going to save all my syns this week as going to the midnight showing of Twilight on Friday/Sat morn at the cinema. That's probably not such a good idea when I'm weighing in on Mondays. Oooh, what to do.
Breakfast: 28g Honeynut Shredded Wheat (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA...if I use my whole allowance), banana.
Lunch: Carrots!!! I'm addicted! Gotta stop having breakfast so late!
Tea: Quorn curry (awesome sauce!) and a spoonful of rice with a nice salad and an asda wholemeal pitta (HexB). Was better than a naan bread in my opinion! 42g Low Low (HexA) on salad.
Followed by strawberries and a strawberry cheesecake mullerlight (synned). There's almost no difference between normal strawberry and strawberry cheesecake. Not really worth the 1 syn!
