Sorry to sound the bearer of bad news on this one guys, but isn't this a tweak? Using Smash this way can make syns sky rocket!!

Just joined today and found these recipes, will certainly be trying them!! I think if you are on Extra Easy it is OK to use Smash this way as I have used it to make Scotch Eggs

With regards to tweaking everyone used to do it before an your not consuming huge amounts on the chicken really I'd try it if you don't lose weight don't do it again. Also try covering your chicken in chicken bovril then dipping in the smash lush

Deffo going to try this, since i have got sooooo much weight to lose, I am not worrying about tweaks, time enough for worrying about tweaks, when I plateau!
