freezing with bad breath but feeling great!!

hi all im currently on day 8 but not having a weigh in untill tomorrow night as i couldnt make an earlier app iv tried sole sourcing about 5 times an never got past day 3 so as you can imagine im over the moon. i currently weigh or used to last week lol 14 stone 8 lb and want to be 8 stone 5lb. so im in it for the long haul. im freeezing!!!!! with bad breath but feeling fab lol x

Hi Im on day 11 and i have defo gone and brought myself some mouth spray for when im not close to a tooth brush and iv been layering up daily with the weather being so bad..
I have a mega craving for fresh made bread
