Can anyone tell me if the mugshots have syns or not??

there is a mugshots thread in the syns section with the syn values of all varieties. Some are free and some are synned.

Could you explain what a sticky is please?

Sorry I am new on the forum and still trying to find my way round,

A sticky is standard internet language for a thread that is special interest to the readers. The moderators make it stick at the top of the board so it can always be easily found. Otherwise as people posted more threads it would get further and further down the board and be lost.

You're better to post a thread in the syn values subforum rather than here as this thread is about mullerlights and mugshots only. More people will see it in the action forum. But as a rough guide it will be around 1 syn for every 20 calories

are the muller yoghurts desserts ones free?? i.e I had a orange one with chocolate (I am sure they are the fat free ones)...

Yes the orange ones are...the cherry layered with chocolate is 2 syns and the cheesecake ones are also syns

The orange and the vanilla with choc sprinkles are but the cherry one has syns...can't remember how many off the top of my head
