Hi there. These are new... I know that a lot of the Muller lights are syn free but just wanted to check these as they're a little bit chocolatey! Can anyone tell me if syn free or how many syns?

I think the rule of thumb is that all Mugshots that are less than 1% fat are free.

Muller lights were changed last year to be at least 0.5 syn each, sorry if it said here before I didn't see it.

Unless you eat loads of them per day still not a problem lol

Best to check on the website if you have loads per day (which, again, you probably don't )
