It's such gorgeous weather I'm gutted to be working this afternoon :-( Wimbledon final as well... Double devastation!
I got sunburned yesterday so my shoulders are red and sore...when will I learn?!

Morning!

Wow this weather is not conducive to working! My poor cat is sweltering and the pair of us are sitting here in the shade before I head to work lol. Need to cook my teas for my late shifts but the idea of slaving over an oven is very unappealing.

Morning!
Soooo glad it's not as hot today.....although surely I'm losing weight through the sweating lol. My friend and I have signed up for military style bootcamp starting on 23rd July...this may be the death of me! I really want to get fit, especially since the doctor has told me I have slightly high blood pressure. I used to have low BP until I lost weight and now it's gone high! There is a history of early onset heart problems in my family so now this journey is not only about wanting to look and feel good, it's about taking control of my health. Feeling in the zone and focused at the moment, I hope it continues. I have a night out on Friday so am saving 50 syns to be safe, but it's the kind of night where i can keep track of what I've had and be accurate.

Happy friday!!

I'm off today and tomorrow so I'm gonna chill out and enjoy the sunshine! Going to view a hotel today and 2 more tomorrow for potential wedding venues- in really hoping we walk into one and just know 'this is where we want to get married!' As so far they've been nice but not nice enough to stop looking at others.
Going to a comedy club tonight and I've saved enough syns for some wine. Me and my friend will probably get through 3 between us so roughly 40 syns and I have 55 saved.

Hello diary!
Feeling happy today as we found a venue yesterday :) 28th March 2015 is the big day. Now is the time for serious saving and focus on the diet. I want to be a size 12 bride, and i defnintely want nice, toned arms for the big day as most of the dresses I like are sleeveless.
On a double shift today to get some money together desperately! Planned food well, red day for me

I can't believe how nice it is again! And I'm on stupid nights so I need to sleep and miss all of this beautiful weather. One positive thing about the heat is its making my appetite reduce so I'm not particularly hungry- no bad thing!

So the night shifts have started and I'm sleeping through all this gorgeous weather! Not fair. But I usually eat better and do better weight loss wise on nights so I'm really hoping I can get into the 12s on Monday's weigh in.

Last night shift yay!
Back at the docs tomorrow to have my BP retaken- fingers crossed its in normal range this time. I was looking at all the info on NHS website about reducing BP and I already do all the things on the fact sheet- I've lost 4stone and am still losing weight, I don't even own salt to be eating too much of it, I exercise fairly regularly, don't drink very often. But I'm bracing myself for a lecture about being overweight anyway.
So having a EE day today for a change

Evening all!

So haven't been to bed yet and I'm starting to feel really rough- early night for me tonight! Went to the doctors straight after work, then did a food shop so by the time I got home it was 12 and the OH took a half day from work so we just say in the back yard catching some rays. I hope it's cool enough to sleep tonight!
Strange day food wise since I've been up since 4pm yesterday!

Good morning!

Off to pay the deposit for our wedding venue today eek! Happy days!
Slept like a baby even in the heat- I think being awake for 36 hours was the secret lol. We're going to see a local band tonight and planning a few drinks so that's where my syns will be spent

Hello!

So went a bit haywire yesterday but nothing too horrendous. Lost 1.5lb this morning and its TOTM so I'm please with that result!
Got a late shift today then off for the rest of the week yay! Trying to have bare minimum syns this week so when I go to a wedding on Saturday I should be ok. It's a buffet but I don't know what kind of buffet so I'm preparing for the worst!

Jeez I've woken up with a horrible headache :-( I think it's the humidity and the fear of starting bootcamp tonight lol!
Got to spend today finding an outfit to wear to this wedding on Saturday- wish me luck! I still hate clothes shopping even now I can shop in regular stores- since I've lost some weight I HATE certain parts of my body with avengence whereas when I was massive it was just a general dislike of all over lol.
