Morning diary!

Well I'm pleased to report after 63.5 hours my gorgeous little niece arrived into the world! She's absolutely perfect, both her and mum are doing well. I'm going to see her tonight and I'm so excited!
Off work today and got one of those annoying errand-running days. Planned another good red day though...

Breakfast
Sausage roll (1 syn and HEX b)

Chicken, lettuce, carrot, feta (HEX A), peppers, spring onions and pickled onions

Pizza topped chicken with Mini roast potato bake with cheese & bacon, BBQ sauce and broccoli (HEX A & B)

Drifter bar

Healthy A - 45g feta, 30g cheddar
Healthy B - 60g roll, 230g potatoes

Morning diary

Wow my little niece is absolutely gorgeous! Sophia is so so tiny and perfect. I haven't been around a newborn since my godson 3 years ago and I've totally forgotten how tidgy they are. Her feet and toes are so dinky...I'm smitten!
But...I think I've picked up a cold from the germ infested hospital :-( which means no more Sophia cuddles until I'm healthy

Afternoon all!

Just back from home and soooo glad! It's been a proper annoying day, I've just felt nagged to death today. Feel much better cold wise- still not sure if to risk going to see little Sophia in case I'm contagious though.

Weighed in this morning and....4lbs off! Yay! Just hope I can keep it up and stay focused. I'm only 5lbs away from the pesky 12s so I'm focusing on that.

Tea was amazing but I am so stuffed its untrue! Definitely felt like a 'treat' tea but it was all free except for healthy extras.
Just found out were going out for a few drinks and a takeaway on Sunday for Father's Day so it's a good job I saved some syns this week! Takeaway will be 13syns and I think 30 more will be enough for alcohol. If I had 10 today and 10 tomorrow I'd have plenty so that is the plan! Although how I feel at the moment I don't want any syns today!

Morning diary,

I am so tired this morning, have slept badly and then to have to go to work is not ideal! This afternoon is meant to be a trip to the pub with the in-laws for Father's Day but I think I might give the alcohol a miss as one glass of wine and I'll be asleep!

Dorset museli 35g (HEX B) with skimmed milk (1/2 HEX A), and pomegranate

Lunch
Pasta and sauce with a low fat quorn sausage and bag of microwave veg stirred through (rest of HEX A)

Tea
Chicken rogan josh and boiled rice from take-away (13 syns as it's almost double the serving as the book!)

Snacks
Pineapple
Tangerines
Coconut Chunky Kit-Kat

Healthy A - skimmed milk
Healthy B - museli

Syns - 13 on curry, 12.5 on Kit Kat = 25.5 for the day (have got 29 saved up)
 
Hello diary!

Well yesterday went slightly off plan but line drawn, move on and a new week's worth of syns yay! I start nights tonight leading into annual leave so its meal reversal time lol. I had planned lots of red days but as my OH pointed out, last time I did nights and red days I was starving as I struggle to snack on reds. So a week of EE/green it is, but I'm going to weigh my potatoes as if they were a healthy extra on red to keep control that way.

Kicking off with a green day

7pm
Cheese & onion pasty, chips & beans (HEX A&B)

11pm
2x alpen lights & cup of coffee (HEX A&B)

Snacks
Cart D'or ice cream

Healthy A- 40g reduced fat cheddar, splash of skimmed milk
Healthy B- WW pitta, 2 alpen lights

Syn- 7 for ice cream

I know it's not much but I've literally been in bed all day lol!
 
Agh disaster! Went to get in the car to head to work and its bloody broken! According to the mechanic OH it's something to do with a spring but basically it resulted in a £20 taxi to work and a horrid bus journey home :-(
Grr. And to top it off my sinuses are aching and stinging...it hurts unless I squint lol.
Bleugh bring on the annual leave x
 
Hello diary!

Well one night shift down 3 to go. I survived the bus journey home this morning but am very pleased to report my OH has fixed my car yay! Good stuff I feel like I have my arm back lol.
I don't know whether its the warmth of what but I don't feel very hungry at all today but I'll stick to my meal plan to make sure I don't fall I the wagon

EE day

2am - pasta n sauce with quorn sausages (A & 1 syn)

6am - fruit salad

7pm - prawn stirfry with noodles

11pm- WW pitta with chicken pieces (B)

Snacks
Hoops & crosses

Healthy A - semi skimmed milk
Healthy B- WW pitta

Syns - 4.5 on crisps, 1 on pasta n sauce
