From 14 stone to 13 stone

Illness. :p But I have had a loss like that while 100% on plan before too. :)
 
Hi every1 can i join u all i am nw 14st 13.5lb finally in the right direction after a fab week and a loss of 6.5lb hoping 4 at least 4lb next week x

Me too! You're both doing really well. Nadine you need to update your statistics. :)
 
Under your picture at the side. It says update statistics, click on it and put in your current weight, it'll automatically work out the changes for you. :)

Sts this week and after the week ive had all I can say is woohoo!! Ill be here for a few more weeks yet. 14st 1lb xx
 
4.5 here so still here. I'm due a chunk off so fingers crossed for the next two weeks.
