From 14 stone to 13 stone

2lbs loss for me this week, and got my 13th Slimmer of the Week Award. Didn't think I'd still be bagging those awards. Only 3 to go until my 8 stone award and 2 to go until I'm down into the next weight bracket

I lost 3.1/2ibs today. Now weigh 14st 12.1/2lbs

lost 3.5lbs today only 4.5lbs until the next group down x x

I put on 4lbs after Xmas and popped back into the 15's for a week.

I lost that 4lbs today and back to the 14's. 14st I'm12.1/2lbs.
