Having a much better week this week. I lost 1lb at WI, which is obviously better than nothing, but I know I can do better. If I focus and stick to the plan, I usually lose 2-3lbs a week. My biggest problem has been chocolate cravings. I came up with a plan to fix this!
Usually when I crave chocolate, I'm tempted to just grab whatever chocolatey treat is in the fridge and be damned with the syns. This usually means an 8-9 syn chocolate bar! So to try and stop this problem, I've made up a ton of chocolate rice krispie squares! They've worked out at 2 syns a piece and they fix my chocolate cravings really well! And even if I want a second, they are still much better than a mars bar or something!
