Pesty - Good luck for today xxx Shouldn't your brother have been doing his own project???!!!

hahaha yes he should but he has amazing amounts of interest but no work to go with it!! Its cancer research so im really passionate about it with everything going on in my family, i have printed information which i made him read and pick the bits to go in his presentation.

Glad to hear its sunny where you all are, its rainy and windy here in essex!! :(

Going to pick the keys up in half an hour :D:D

xx

Pesty!!! I am so pleased for you!!!! FINALLY!!!

Have a lovely happy future in your new home!

Lenlu, well done on your WOTY nomination! What an honour :)

EF- stay away from the deli sandwiches :D

I can't believe how nice the weather is today!

Congrats on the flat Pesty :D

hi all hope you are all well, half off this week for me - no idea how lol

Well done!

Same for me.

A stinking, lousy, measly half pound

To exact revenge upon my traitorous body, I stuffed it chock full of crisps, rhubarb tart, cereal, biscuits and ice cream.
Okay, I felt awful, but that'll show it who's boss ;)

Then my brain became engaged again - d'oh!

Hahahahaha. Scanbran you do make me laugh. You never know, straight back on plan and you'll probably have a corking loss in the next week or two for shaking your body up. Just dont do that every day.

Scanbran and Ronnie, half a pound off is still a good loss, 1/5 bag of spuds gone ;).

CD, its not too bad here, I woke at 7am, no rain for a change, but it does look like its threatening rain.. Sun? If only.. my tan is fading fast, lol.

Pesty, hope it all went well yesterday, bet you are on clound 9 now :)

Mcdonalds - hmmm, now for the truth, 1/4 pounder with cheese, (MLM - did stay away from the Deli Sandwiches, lol)..
took a bite and felt guilty and gave the rest to one of the kids who has a humungous appetite. It rained on and off, did an open bus tour of London with them, which they loved, inc Buckingham Pallace (some had never seen this !! ), Harrods, Mayfair, House of Commons and Trafalger Square. Followed off by the Aquarium. Ended up getting a salad in Mcd's anyway, which was not as bad as the 1/4 pounder would have been, but didn't syn it, so guess that is bad enough .

Do feel lighter then I did at WI, and have been good until yesterday and even then not too bad and finished off with a spicy rice with WW sausages, tomoates, mushrooms and peppers.

Off out to lunch with my mum today and on EE, so Jacket with beans and salad is on the menu :). Nothing planned for BH Monday, so will stay on plan with a huge roast chicken I got from Tesco this morning and lots of veggies.

Have a great weekend everyone xxx

Afternoon!

EF, good work resisting Maccy Ds. The salad is an awesome choice, and the syns will be much lower than your original choice. Impressed I am. Is your group open on Monday? Ours is but as I understand it some groups don't open. Bet a big chunk of that holiday gain is gone already.

Pesty, hope everything went smoothly yesterday and you and OH are having a big old new homeowner celebration!!

CD, those pesky food fairies!!! They are so mischievous!!

Hi guys - happy weekend to you all

Not really had a chance to catch up but hope everyone is doing well.

Have to share a funny but not really story with you - I woke up this morning with the intention of bringing the baby into bed with us to watch telly while we napped on. Got to baby's room where I saw the usual mess - and then spotted a nappy in the middle of the floor. Thought he wants his nappy changed, went in to start it off and he picked it up - then i discovered that it wasn't a clean nappy and on looking round the room I discovered that he had decided to take his dirty nappy around the room for a walk! So my Saturday morning was spent cleaning up his room - hubby took him into the bath to clean him up as he was a bit of a mess too. The really strange thing is that he had obviously taken off his PJ bottoms to take his nappy off and then had put his PJ's back on again - the right way round. I'm quite impressed that he managed that as he usually can't pull his trousers up.

But I'm just hoping that he won't do it again - ever as it's not really the most pleasant way to start the morning!

Anyone else have any strange happenings over the weekend?

We had a BBQ tonight as my dad's sister and brother in law are visiting - tomorrow it's going to be a carvery :)

Hope you guys all enjoy what's left of the weekend - I'm babysitting.

hi all,
well had an ok day today, nice food and shold be within syns but hey ho.

bought some new trainers for my holiday and love them. hope you are all ok

Morning

Rosie, how funny is your baby son, intelligent too, bless his little nappy, lol. Hope you enjoy the carvery today.

MLM, my project runs on Tuesday only this week, then its back to school for most of them on Wednesday, but I won't then keywork them til the following week, as I have so much admin to catch up on and also need to try and claw back the overtime I worked (we don't get paid for, but get hours off for instead), without it affecting my job. Also need to finish off my NVQ4 before end of October as well, and still have a fair bit to do. So all go this month, lol.

I think a bit of the holiday gain is off, but not counting on that just yet. Weighed myself at work this morning (digital scales) and looks like its getting there :).

Bought a huge chicken in Tesco yesterday, so got that today with veggies and roast spuds (with fry light -olive oil one).

Have a good Sunday everyone xxx

Nom nom. Roast dinner!

I am having syn free kfc I think. I bought all the stuff for it yesterday. Need to throw my WI leggings in the wash for tomorrow. I reckon it will just be me and the C sat there for most of the session, no-one ever stays on the BH. I wonder if that increases my odds of getting SOTW? :8855:

LULZ.

I've said that now, I will go tomorrow and get a gain.

Its wild and windy here today (and im not just talking about the effects of my bowel meds lol:))

Im having a go at making my own syn free sausages from the new SW mag for tea..... bangers & mash with onion gravy:p hope they turn out as good as they sound

OH has woken up feeling all snotty and like hes getting a cold.....so no golf! (must be man flu eh ;))

Hoping you're all having a good day? xx

MLM, our group does not have a WI on BH Monday, has been changed to a Tuesday eve. Mmm, sw kfc :).. and you WILL have a loss tomorrow ;).

CD, sausages and mash sounds nice, comfort food, yummm. Its like a sinny the pooh blustery and rainy day here too. Sorry to hear about OH. We all have a virus in the house, think its change of weather from hols. Sore throat, cough and hot one minute and cold the next. My OH looks quite funny having a hot flush, lol.. Told him its the male menopause! So much of these infections and virus's about at the moment.

Right.. I have made a small change to the team challenge, just in the way of days. As it didn't start til Wed and finished on a Thurs. So now starts Monday (tomorrow) and finishes Sunday 3rd. This should make it better for those who WI at the weekend too.

Off to get cup cakes out of oven, made them with half sugar so will have just the one!

xx

At work on a BH Sunday! Oh dear!

Back on track today :) I've not been horrific, but at the same time i've not been good. Not stepped near the scales as it's totm and i feel quite bloated, so i don't think my brain would like to see the figures!
I know i've probably gained a little not totm related, but i really don't want to step on the scales. I'll be good for a week and see how it looks then. :)

The in-laws visited yesterday to help with the last of the moving and they said i was looking a lot slimmer, which is good :)

Hope everyone's well. Should finally have the internet at home on Thursday!

Good idea not to go near the scales when you've not been totally 100%, if its good you could carry on being off track and it could undo what you did. Hard not to go near them though, I couldn't resist this morning, as wanted to see if the hols gain was coming off and if id seen it wasn't, then I'd had gone Red for next 2 days of plan. Shame you are at work, but do you get time off because of it? x
