From here to Eternally Slim

You are right :D, my OH's son is at home currently "dying" with The Man Flu!! PMSL. x

Morning all :D Glad you are feeling better EF, and I can only agree about TK Maxx, it used to be great but they have suddenly got a LOT more expensive and much less choice. I always used to like a good root through their rails, because you can always find something a little bit different but it seems so much harder to find something nice these days. I am still cross with them about those shoes though. £3 off a pair of blatantly used shoes... tut.

Mel, dont worry, that happened to me the other week and while its hugely frustrating, it will pull itself back. Write off last night and start afresh today.

Sarah, I didnt REALLY mean you had to post pics. I am not THAT cruel. You have my undying admiration for actually swimming that distance though. I cant even manage a length without drowning.

Pesty, DRESS - PICS OR IT DIDNT HAPPEN :D

CD, tell me about it!!! I am quietly deliriously happy that shes opted for the cheaper option. Also, dont tell her but the kids club at the local cinema shows kids movies for 95p each on a Saturday morning. (Just got to hope that the one they are showing that day is suitable for her.) Do that, then Maccys for lunch, back to ours for a bit of a play and a birthday cake, result!!! :D

Just had a TERRIBLE trip for falling over things in Sainsburys. They have 25% off clothing on at the moment and so I tripped over a couple of things there, mainly sports gear, cycling shorts and a top and a smaller sports bra. 38D for the win! Down from a 40! Which is down from a 44! (Which as it happens you cant BUY a sainsburys sports bra in). Also fell over a gym ball, which was 1/3 off. May have also fallen over a Davina dumbbell set in Argos. Can you smell a theme here?

Thats right. Veganface and I are embarking on the 30 day shred challenge. Jillian Michaels will be kicking our butts independently, and then simultaneously when Veganface comes up for a little break mid-October. Apparently its an EVIL work out, but I have watched through the first level stuff and am quietly confident I can make it through the whole 20 minutes. DH is also threatening to take part. I doubt he will when Veganface is here though :D Even he has embarrassment limits...

Right, off to slob about drinking coffee and admiring my Davinas now.

LOL, MLM, you were busy in Sainsbury's, but all good stuff and all cut price for your Shred challenge. I googled that last night and only breifly skimmed it, so will need to get myself back on there and read it properly. I do body pump and that changes your shape too, but last week, I almost died the day after (not from man flu ;) ), bloody ached I did. But am going back again this week (must be mad), to push it again. All that exercising does pay off. Need to look at this Shred in more detail to see if I can "shrink away quicker" ;). xx

30 Day Shred is available from play or amazon for 5.99 at the moment. Play however do free delivery :D

You should join us EF, you have an advantage on the fitness anyway coz you have been doing Body Pump.

Pesty, it was only 64 lengths. 25m a length - 1 mile done. Yay!

And well done to everyone else, for their exercising, and their weight losses, and good intentions.

We're really gonna crack this thing, aren't we?

Oh, and MLM, you don't need all that gear if you're only watching it for 20 mins! ;)

Yes yes, thanks for that :p

I am actually going to DO it. It has very good reviews for results on Amazon - anything that can help flatten the old bingo wings and three-giant-babies-via-caesarean stomach can only be a good thing, even if I do suffer. A lot.

MLM - can I have your height, please? We're so close to the same weight, but I'm only just over half way to my target, and you're almost there! I need to take inches from hips & thighs, and add them on top of my head, (or under my feet).

As long as you can put up with all the requests to get things down off tall shelves, change lightbulbs for shorter people, and hilariously comedic comments about being brought up in a grow bag and the weather being colder up there - you are welcome to it :D

MLM - the dress im going to buy... but attempting to get in blue (that's not me wearing it) lol... below as requested :D I am up for the Shred challenge and have just bought the DVD!!! It'll be nice doing it knowing that you are too MLM :D xx

Pesty, that dress is gorgeous!!! Would look great in blue as well :D

Ooh another person up for the 30 day shred? AWESOME!! It's going to kill me. Unfortunately it hasn't arrived today, but that gives me time to buy my DAVINA dumbbells today and a tape measure so I can see what it's improving. It should be here by tomorrow....halp! If anyone wants to buy it, do NOT read the reviews on Amazon, they are terrifying!

MLM, Great news that the wee one opted for the cinema. When I was a kid I always preferred that kind of party to the ones in the big halls. Cinema is much more fun, and if you can get 95p tickets then that's even better! OMG, I want to see me, you AND Mr Minx work for Jillian, it'll be hilarious. He's probably the right weight and height to stand on our thighs too!

I hope everyone has a fantastic day today, the sun is out so I'm in a good mood. Also off out to be in an audience for a new cooking show on Channel 4 tonight. I shall be on tv so I am freaking out over what to wear. Must look presentable in clothes that aren't too big!!

I can't see it.
Internet access on the work PC is pretty c***. I'll have a look later. But I'm sure it's lovely...

Ooh, that dress is LUSH. I wish I had a waist, she said wistfully, referring to herself in the third person, and the first person, all in the same sentence.

Pesty, YAY! 30 DAY SHRED CHALLENGE FTW! I have watched through the level 1 part of the DVD and they use light hand weights for a bit of resistance, if you dont have any, I think improvising with a couple of cans of beans would do the same job.

We might have to have a 30 day shred thread. Ooh, its poetry.

I can't see it.

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace

This is the link Sarah, can you see it now??

If its going to cost me loads more to have it in blue then im just going to get it in pink :D its pretty either way but pink tends to make me look like a barbie with my blonde hair!!

I think i can officially say i now have a waist!!! I measured last night and im just under a 32" !!!!! I was skipping round the flat in a great mood for hours!!! I use to be a 38-40" depending on how tight i was pulling the measure round me haha.

xxx
