Sound like we all had a long weekend one way or another.

Minxy.. you will get back on the wagon hun and it might be at the moment that you know you have nothing to prove as you are already at target. Don't worry, your mo-jo will be back, i am sure of it. x

Hasta, how romantic and its lovely to hear that your date went well and that you've stayed in touch since. This could be the start of a budding relationship girlie.. really hope this works out for you.

CD, hope the hospital appt ges well today for you.

With me.. things are much better, the ice has thawed at home and we have drawn a line under what has happened. Have agreed to start from scratch and may be even going away end of month for a weekend to re-knew things so to speak. But we will see.

Sorry i havent been on for a while, Im really busy at work at the moment and have a bad back and problem pains in my stomach so ive been in a bit of a grump!

Its another WI day with everything crossed as ive not been very slimming worldly over the weekend but i havent eaten much at all so i dont know whats going to happen.

I took my little brother to his first Chelsea game yesterday!! We lost 3-0 but he still seemed to enjoy it!!

Im really tired today, I've had no sleep cuz of my stoopid back and when that finally dulled enough to start to snooze at 3am my cramps started up, so i just laid there and cried lol i turn into such a baby when im tired!! OH was very sweet and just cuddled me, i think he was a bit worried as pain doesnt usually bother me.

EF, thank you! Me too, it's been a long time since I've wanted to get close with anyone, so we'll see. Really glad to hear that your situation at home is looking up. I hope things begin to improve and you get to enjoy some time away together.

Well, news just in from my WI is that for some absolutely inexplicable reason I managed to pull a STS out of the bag this week. No idea how- but I suspect I had a bit of water retention last week which meant I lost less than I would have, and with that being gone, this week has evened things out. Mojo is well and truly back though - there's no way I could get away with it again so back on plan as of now and no more silly bingeing.

Woop woop!

Now can someone please give me a massive still capped boots (with spikes if you so wish) kick up the back side?? I have been mucking about with this last 7.5lb for well over a month!! Im incredibly disappointed in myself!!

Right so i have now updated my signature and have taken my 2 stone award away. I can have it back when i deserve it!!

Well done everyone else who has managed to stay fairly much on track and pulled losses or STS out of the bag this week......and good luck to those facing the scales tonight.

I went to the hosp yesterday re My tum, Ive put most of it on my diary - but I can either have an Op (not really wanting to do that at the mo as I really desperately want my new magic ears doing and to get over that) or wait and see if losing more weight and the tabs settles things for now....and just stick with cutting out food that hurts (and physio that makes me puke :eek::rolleyes:) anyway I go back after my hols to discuss it again...Its a pretty complicated Op from what he was saying and Im a bit unsure what to do

Right Off now to the torture chamber that is better known as Physio....x x

Thanks CD, im much happier things are more settled, that alone is a massive change for me and for the way I feel too. Im back on plan 100% now as feel I want to help myself.

Pesty, honey.. you have lost so much and done so well, that 7.5lb will be off. What ever youa ard doing now, is keeping you maintained so..do what you are doing now, but also have a day when you are 100%, and I bet that will kick it to shifting again.

Also - I am no longer even officially obese.
And I've cracked the 50lb mark.

So that's a really good selection of achievements just before my holiday.

Still got bits of me crossed until I hear from Veg and Kate though!
 
I know how Vegface did but I shant say coz its not my place. I just wanted to build a little tension.

Grats you though Jimbo! Not being obese is a splendid thingummy, hallmark, benchmark, words not working...milestone. Thats the one.
