god i was so very,very nearly sick!!!! and i hate sickage!!!
nowt too exciting i had two slices butter spread toast,2 slices jam toast,a white bread cheese and pickle sarnie,bag of quavers,4 treat size bags of maltesers,a treat size twix and a two finger kit kat!!!!!
oh dear!!

i did however decide i needed/wanted to go to a class(i missed monday as dh was working) so went to my friends one with her and im pleased to report a 2lb loss confirming officially that im T-2!!!

it wont last as tea on fri planned and off plan.....saturday i have a 3 course xmas meal and half bottle of wine and a christening sunday!!!! so big huge gainage coming my way monday!!!

Morning everyone.

Thanks again for your oodles of support.

Car broke down yesterday at a roundabout. Called garage who'd not long ago said the problem had now gone away (£185). They said they thought it was a dodgy battery, so back to Kwik Fit I went when it finnally started. I only had a new one 3 weeks ago, so took my invoice and they changed it. Hey ho, they went to start it and same thing!! Thought I was gonna die of embarrasment, lol.. After 30 mins it started and I took it back to the garage. Made a few calls and seems it is the alternator. So hopefully today it'll be done.

On the food front, had quite a good day yesterday. Has anyone tried the Philadelphia light with garlic and herbs? Mmmm, had that with tagitelle and mixed mushrooms with lots of black pepper and chopped ham. Speg on toast for lunch, so got to make it an EE day and had 16 syns, so was pretty pleased with myself.

Luverick, well done for going to the group, and a 2lb loss too.. think you might have got the bread overload out of your system, now, lol..

Pesty, I like that smile idea.. will aim to do that at least once an hour today .

Right, off to work I go. Busy day and then meeting my son and daughter, for a christmas shopping eve at Bluewater in Dartford and maybe catch a film too

Hope you all had a good weekend. My car broke down AGAIN yesterday, so back to the garage today. Have my meeting at 3.pm to find out if I have a job to apply for in the new structure. Found out on Thursday, that all of my colleagues in Essex have been made redundent now. So at least there is hope for some of us in Thurrock with a new structure and some jobs available to apply for. Off out for my works do this eve so it will all go.

Must be just the sneezing powder spreading over the whole house then. Did you put vomiting powder in with it too?

Middleminx is pretty gutted coz she's missing her christmas play today. I'm also gutted coz I spent most of a day last week crafting her sheep costume out of a leotard and cotton wool. Babyminxs show is Wednesday but i am not optimistic that she will be fit for that - middleminx has been ill since thurs and isn't even beginning to look better yet. I'm hoping desperately that they will be recovered in time for one day at school this week simply so we can make a last dash to the toy shop for a couple of final bits.

Ah, I don't really mind Pesty, although the way I feel at the moment I am quite grateful for the respite of not having to sit in their freezing school hall - I am veering between can't get warm and can't feel cold with alarming speed. Sitting in my living room wrapped in a quilt with the heating on full at the moment - and shivering. I know how that iceberg that took the brunt of the Titanic felt now...

It was an articulated lorry I drove over you. Not a massive ocean liner. I think I would know.

Oh, and the vomiting bit wasn't in the exhaust. It was actually an emetic-ulated lorry. (Sorry.)

I meant that I was exceptionally cold and felt like I had been run over, Jimbob, not that you had morphed into an ocean going liner driver.

It's tricky being sick when all around you are also being sick and having raging temperatures. Babyminxs aversion to anything medicine based doesn't help either, and when I say aversion I mean violent refusal to take it combined with vomiting. I just have to do everything I can to keep her temp under control without it. If worst came to worst I would take her to hospital.
