Well, ive organised to meet a friend at a pub, but it'll be sparkling water or diet coke, and a steak and salad, so all good there. As for the weekend, i've been asked to go to a bar with a friend i've not seen for 14 years who's coming down to Essex. Not entirely sure how I'll be, but aim to drink only 4 vodka and diet cokes. Gotta stay on plan this week to get a good loss for next week. Last week didn't work for me. Onwards and upwards as they say, lol. xx

I joined my Group last week and have 1st weight in tomorrow night. Nervous as I don't really feel that I am on a diet. I am doing EE which I find too easy!
Goals - not to get mistaken for being preganant, as I had my son 8 months ago.
Get back into my size 14 clothes, currently 20/22.
Have more energy, and feel better about myself.
At the moment I am unable to do any exercise due to a major car accident in February. So any weight loss would be a bonus!

I've just recently changed from WW to SW and finding it all a bit daunting!!
Can someone answer a question I have please? I joined online as I am unable to go to group and printed off the 7 days to success menu planner which says it is EE but after reading a few threads on here it dosen't mention any veggies/salad to have with your main meal. Last night I made the chilli (which was lovely) and had it with rice but no green stuff?! I thougt the whole point of EE was 2/3, 1/3 etc etc - or have I completely got it wrong?!!
My weigh in day is a Monday (although I sneakily had a weigh this morning and it appears I have lost nothing yet)!!
After doing WW so long it seems that I can eat a LOT of food but desperately trying to get my head around eating so much and still having good losses...does anyone else find this? Hopefully once I start having a few losses it will start to feel right.
