From here to Eternally Slim

Heu Guys

Hope you're all doing well - just dropping on as have been hit with a bug so feeling very down and low, along with a pounding headache and weird throat going on.
DS is back to being ill again - he seems to have developed a cold now! DH seems to be the only 'healthy' (in the loosest sense of the word) one amoung us - hopefully he stays that way.

Hope the ball went well Pesty - it was this weekend wasn't it?

Is anyone else really struggling with feeling the cold since losing weight? I just can't seem to get heat into me unless I sit right in front of the fire!

Am off to bed and am hoping and praying that DS sleeps all night!

Rosie - it was this weekend and i had a wonderful time thank you. I have tried to upload photos but work has blocked me so i will have to do so tonight at OHs mums if i get a chance.

Hope your DS is feeling better today huni bun, its horrible being ill. Ive had hot and cold flushes all night and this morning so im hoping that it's not the start of something!!

Morning Pesty and all :D Thankyou for saying my hair is nice, I dont think i have ever had so many replies to a facebook post about anything ever as I did when I posted the pic on there! Got to try and wash and replicate it a la hairdresser in a bit.

Its finally D-Day and its going to be a very close call. A sneaky peek this morning puts me on the same weight as I was yesterday, last week when the vegan got weighed on my scales, they were 2lb out for her between morning and WI, mine being the higher of the two. I cant remember exactly how far out mine were, but I suspect we will be no more than 1lb away from goal provided I dont raid the cupboards.

I have decided that if I am 1lb away, I am going to call target because this was what I was working towards, losing another 1lb wont put me out of target range and I have lost a startling amount of weight since January. I want to celebrate this week, and be happy with what I have achieved, and getting grumpy over only being a pound away would be utterly pointless in the bigger scheme of things.

Anything above a pound I will wait till I get there. I have gone this long, one or two more weeks wont kill me, not like I am going to be doing much other than going "ooh, more healthy extras" - the plan still remains the same.

I think at the very least I am coming home with my 4st shiney tonight and that will be a huge achievement in its own right. So I am just going to have a nice happy positive day-before-my-birthday-wedding-anniversary sort of day and see what happens. I feel positively zenlike.

I actually do :p I am 5 dress sizes smaller, 6 and a half stone lighter (I think, although my maths at any time of day is rubbish, let alone before lunch), lighter than I have ever been as an adult, have had an incredible ten years of marriage to celebrate, and I have great hair! Whats not to be pleased with?

Aww MLM you have so much to be proud of yourself for!! You have done amazingly well!! I think you should celebrate how far you've come even if your not celebrating target tonight. Good luck huni xx

I was only trying to say I hoped you could still be totally positive about the amazing amount you have achieved, even if you do have to call target a pound higher, or go on for another week.

Luverick i really hope you get a good loss tonight and get a bit closer to target, im hoping for a loss too!!

Agreed lol

I just realised that unless i can convince OH to lend me £5, i cant go to WI tonight!! :(

He has already lent me £20 over the weekend for the ball so i dont really want to ask for more, i will have to raid the penny jar!! xx

Ahhh but if you tell him to think of it as an investment......and if you go tonight your a bit nearer to target, then you dont pay at all....winner!!!
