Thanks guys, I'm over the moon to be out of the 17's at last. That number has been stalking me for far too long!
Hoping I can lose a couple more pounds this week to give me a bit more breathing room. Feeling a lot more relaxed now I'm back to my lowest weight, getting so sick and tired of losing gains that from now on I've got a new strategy of not even allowing them in the first place. One night off a week is as far as I'm going to go from now on until I meet target.
Last night was that night off and although I ate super light through the day the evening was pretty bad - tikka massala, shared a rice, half a naan, a muffin later and a few drinkies!
It's only once a week though and I really need the freedom my night off gives me, I mean even 'normal' people have a treat day from time to time.
Today I've been back on plan 100%, a place I plan to stay until next friday. Had a long lie in as I felt so rough this morning from the drinks (only had 3!), didn't get up until 2pm. Food has looked like this, now plan for the rest of the evening is to cuddle up and watch a movie. I love my lazy Saturdays.
