Bev - Thanks hun! I just wrote a huge reply and then my laptop rebooted on me, to be fair it might be for the best as I don't want to bore you silly about radiography
Bizarre about the synchronised weight loss/gain thing. I've had the same losses as Emma for the past few weeks so I think you should blame her equally as much as me!
Seriously though, hope you're okay with the gains. At least you know why with the meals out and stuff at the weekend. Now you've joined the gym I'm sure it'll help loads, at first though don't be too disheartened as I read somewhere you can hold onto more water to help repair the muscles!
Soph - That's crazy how you don't feel lighter when you've nearly lost 7 stone!
I just wake up some mornings and feel like I weigh less, not that often, I guess its probably based on my PJ's feeling a bit looser and stuff. Clearly its not that accurate though if last weeks WI is to go by!
Yep as expected pre * week WI is complete rubbish! Grrrr! I just hope next week makes up for it, it usually does but I'm still crossing my fingers and being extra good this week!
Tallin sounds amazing, really hope I can get over there this year. Bet the light quality is amazing for photos. It was beautiful light in Prague too, although my camera isn't that great so didn't really capture it. In the afternoons it felt like everything was filtered with a pinky/amber glow, gorgeous!
Arghh just talking about travelling makes me want to get on a plane! It's tough combining my travel bug with trying to save for uni and the wedding. I need to put those as my top priority this year, not to mention clearing the credit card
, but once the open uni course is done with in June and after that there's nothing to stop me doing extra overtime to pay for it, so fingers crossed!
Jason (JMA) - WOW! 27 stone between us, that's crazyyy! That's like losing 3 x 9 stone women
Just brings it home how much we are trying to achieve here!
I'm the same with wondering how everyone has got on when it's WI and crossing my fingers! It feels like we're all in this together which is nice. In my group there's no-one with as much to lose as me (except one poor woman who seems to gain every week and blames it on water retention!) so its encouraging to see other people in a similar boat losing the weight though diet rather than a gastric band. I was horrified the other day when I saw a programme on the telly about a woman who was 22 stone having a gastric band. It's crazy to think I was 3 stone heavier than that!! Every day I'm so incredibly glad I found slimming world!

Getting cracking writing up the coursework today. Got a week to the deadline so I'm pretty much going to be flat out until then. I'm going to make the time to post my daily food update, I need the accountability, but other than that don't worry if I'm a bit AWOL from the site. All work and no play for me I'm afraid 'til its submitted. Having said that I'm generally the queen of procrastination so I'm sure I'll still be around a bit!
Well TMI time! Feeling annoyed as * week still hasn't come to town yet despite stomach cramps, it'd better be out of the way with for Tuesday, reeeeally want a decent loss!

Seeing everyone else doing so fabby with their exercise has made me feel like I need to get involved. Although I'm having good losses still without exercise I know that'll slow down eventually. I'm prepared the first few weeks might be a bit dodgy for weight loss as my body gets used to the new routine, but hopefully after that it'll go back to normal. Plus I'll have all the benefits of inch loss and starting to get a bit more toned etc.
Set myself a challenge from next Wed to get back into exercise again. Starting slow and steady and aiming for a walk 3 - 5 times a week, then 10 days later when I start my new job I'm going to incorporate the swimming again too. I was so psyched for the swimming last year and really up for the Great North Swim, then I found out it was when my exam is on and I kinda got a bit deflated, especially as it really slowed my weight loss. Determined to get back into it again now, I feel so good after I've been.
Made another NSV choice too! Rather than paying £40 a month for a parking permit near work I've decided to park 15-20 minutes away and walk into the city centre each day. It'll give me 30-40 minutes or so exercise each day AND save me money. Can't go wrong with that really - 2.5 - 3hrs walking a week AND money in my pocket! Get in!
Right, I've put off this Biology coursework as long as possible with my epic post. Happy hump day peeps! xx
