Soph - *****! How did you keep a straight face when the guy said that? Soooo cringey! Thanks though
You were so lucky to not put weight on your face. It was the last place it went on me and I absolutely HATED it. I've always been big (except that weight loss/starvation thing at 18) , but never had a huge fat face like that before the last year of weight gain. Yet another sign that helped me to sort things out though. Wish I'd got a fat face sooner!
With my legs and ass it really is where 70% of my weight is, so it's just gonna take soo much longer to notice. I'd love it if I suddenly just noticed though like you did, would feel sooo good not to have tree trunk thighs anymore! On the plus side I'm probably a comfortable 22 now. I fit into some 'big' 22's last year but my interview trousers bought in Novwere a 24 and fitted well at the time. Put them on for my interview last week and starting to feel loose. So it must be going from my legs somewhere, just find it hard to tell!

Oh man, had an amazing sleep last night, feels so good to get a full 8 hours. The trip to the cinema must have helped me relax!
Travel (so you can skip this part if it bores you silly!)
When I got in last night I couldn't help start planning my Estonia trip, which has now expanded to either one of the following options:
A - 5 days in
Tallin, Estonia including ferry day trip to
Helsinki, Finland - flight - 5 days in
Riga, Latvia including day trip to
Vilnius, Lithuania
B - 5 days in
Tallin,Estonia -Ferry - 3 days in
Helsinki, Finland - Overnight ferry - 3 days in
Stockholm, Sweden
C - 7 days exploring
Estonia - 4 days in
Tallin with day trip to
Helsinki, Finland - train - 1 night in
Haapsalu, Estonia - 2 nights in
Parnu, Estonia
D - Original plan - 5 nights in
Tallin, Estonia with day trip to
Helsinki, Finland
The travel demons on my shoulders aren't helping matters!
Which trip I do will ultimately depend on how much money I can save/justify. Plan D is super cheap though - £400 for two people, plus £80 in total for the day trip!
Can't believe how good value that is, although I'd be flying on Ryanair, which I haven't heard good things about!
Probably my fave trip would be B - Estonia, Finland, Sweden - unfortunately it's also the most expensive one (though not massively so, at about £1200 + spending). Having said that I don't really see any point skimping to do expensive Scandinavian cities when money is tight. In a few years I'd want to come back anyway and do Norway/Sweden/Finland 'properly', so I don't really see the point in doing it now on a budget when my money could go a LOT further in cheaper countries. I'm talking about spending money here as the trip itself is still great value, but food/drink/activities in Helsinki and Stockholm don't come cheap, whereas Latvia/Estonia are closer to Prague prices. Kinda ruled this one out for now...
So that brings me to trip A, which is the one I'll hopefully be going for. In total this one is about £700, for 10 days, plus trips!
Still get to visit 4 countries but as Estonia and Latvia are cheapr my money will go further and we'll be able to do a lot more. Latvia has loads of adrenaline junkie stuff like bob-sleighs, bungee jumps, white water rafting and this amazing air tunnel thingy that feels like flying, would LOVE to do some of those! So yeah, I'm gonna plan to save for trip A and then if something crappy comes up, like the car breaks down etc or need money for something else I can shorten it to the original 5 day Tallin trip or the exploring Estonia trip. *Sooo* psyched about it now, can't believe what great value deals you can find when shopping around too! It's not like we're staying in hostels, all the places are 3* hotels so you it's possible to do this for a lot cheaper too!
Anyway, enough about holidays, won't be booking anything 'til after Tunisia in May/June time, so got ages to work out all the details.
Food/diet stuff
Feel quite proud of myself this week, managed FOUR red days which is pretty awesome! Having casserole for tea the next couple of nights though so it'll be EE for the rest of the SW week. Still feeling pretty confident of a loss despite * week not turning up yet. I've been so good with my syns and 1/3rd plate superfree and after last weeks 0.5lb I'm surely due a decent loss. Reeeeallly want that 3lbs so I get to the 4.5 stone point! *fingers crossed*
Week 23, Day 6 - EE
Breakfast - Chewy D - hexb
Lunch - 3 cracked black pepper ryvitas (6 syns) with philly (hexa) and side salad - 6 syns
Tea - Chicken casserole (3 syns for stock) with swede, parsnips, carrots, peas, onion, mash (2 syns) - 5 syns
Supper - kiwi, muller
Total - 11 syns
Weekly syns - 69.5/105
Originally was going to have jacket potato/tuna/cheese/salad thing lunch which worked out at 6 syns but around 600 cals. Instead settled for an alternative 6 syn lunch that was max 350 cals! Sometimes syns annoy me!
Anyway I'm outta here guys. Logging off mini's for the rest of the day now 'til my essay is done. I get so easily distracted on here it's a joke!
