well done everyone your all doing so well. After some serious faffing around im finally on day 1 lol. Going to be using a mixture of strawberry tetras for breakfast and then soup for the other 2 meals. The theory being putting it in a bowl and eating with a spoon will make me feel less left out. Im under no illusions this will be hard but hope the results will be worth it. I have my first social function (a wedding) in 3 weeks and then another in six weeks. i must admit to being quite harsh with myself but on eating diets such as slimming world i lost up to 10lb on my first week so im expecting at least a stone before the first wedding and hopefully nearly 2 before the next. Is this expecting too much?
