PS you know how bad I was feeling this week - I actually lost 1.5 and so was very happy. You never can tell.

Hope to remain positive, it is WI tonight, and although I was considering giving it a miss, I decided to go and not revert back to fortnightly or monthly attendance.

I can't speak for others, but by not attending group each week I feel I either lose my mojo, jeopardise my weightloss or stop taking it seriously.

I'm actually amazed it wasn't the fallen angel that is Loulou too! - but like they say like mother like daughter(s)!!

Well as some of you already know (texts available for anyone who wants them just PM a number) I was disappointed at a 2lb loss.

That is ok in the general scheme of things, but considering I'm doing light weight training and have started cycling and have committed to 100% for the year, I feel disappointed with that!

The last 3 WI's have been eventful, but then again, that is my journey, 3x 100% weeks gave a STS, 6lb loss and a 2lb loss. Not sure what next week will bring, though I have to say I am hoping for 2lb or more just to complete that 10lb in January challenge that we mentioned (8lb so far)

To be honest, I'm really getting bored and needing to spread my wings. I am desperate for the Springtime and 5am starts and the opportunity to get some real miles on the clock be it on the bike or on foot - before AND after work.

Actually, a 3lb loss next week will get me back into my SW target range (I haven't "officially" reduced it again yet). Reason enough to get serious in the next 7 days:cool:

It's 2lbs for goodness sakes!!! It's a good weight loss, especially as you're getting so skinny now :)

You're doing everything right, and you know it! Be patient man! :rolleyes:

The better weather will be here before you know it and then they'll be no stopping you. And just remember you're supposed to be easing yourself back into exercise gently...

Nice try Dawn, but I'm just trying to get back to where I was previously - so I will not accept the skinny tag until I'm back at or below the 10st 8lb (148lb) I was previously. - But to be fair, I'm getting there. Just goes to show I may have lost it easier and quicker before, but no guarantees this time.

Hopefully it means it stays off this time!

As we all know losing it is childs play, keeping it off is nigh-on impossible:eek:

Besides, I HAVE to be hard on myself. Failure isn't an option.:p

I know boyzies are supposed to lose more than us girlies but please don't be disappointed with 2lbs loss. For us tortoises it's massive!
