For the past four weeks I've been aiming towards just enjoying black coffee with nothing and I've got there!! Yippee. Don't think i could ever go back to milk in coffee never mind sugar 
Week 1 drop from 2 sugars to one
Week 2 no sugar
Week 3 half the amount of milk
Week 4 no milk
