Week 33- Day 6 (Sun)- Extra Easy- Working 7.30am-3.30pm

Before work-6.30am- Mushy peas and 2 egg omlette.

Work break-11am- Red and white grapes, 2 oranges, Vanilla/choc sprinkles Mullerlight.

Snack- A Jaffa Cake (2 syns).

Work break- lunch- Spicy curry Pot noodle in a mug (1.5 syns). Some seafood sticks. An apple.

After work- at friend's house- 2 very small Pimms & lemonade (6 syns).

Supper- 6.30pm- Chicken breast with Laughing Cow deli light blue cheese (part HEXa) wrapped in bacon. Salad (leaves, cherry tomatoes, red pepper). 2 Alpen Light bars (HEXb).

Milk in 2 cups of tea (part HEXa).

Late night snack- 1 Babybel light (part HEXa) and a few fantail king prawns.

Week 33- Day 2 (Wed)- Extra Easy- Working 7.30am-3pm.

Before work- 6.30am- Sweet & Sour Mugshot- funny breakfast, but we'd run out of eggs to make my omlette and I didn't want to use my HEXb! Activia fat free raspberry yogurt.

In work- morning break-10.30am- Strawberries, kiwi fruit and blueberries with fat free natural yogurt and 28g Dorset Cereals fabulously fruity muesli (HEXb).

Lunch break- 1.30pm- Pollo relleno- made yest(from July 2010 SW mag) (stuffed chicken breast- chorizo, XL minced pork, garlic, nutmeg, onion, oregano, parsley, lemon zest/juice, egg,- 0.5 syns for chorizo). Served with stirfried veg. Activia fat free raspberry yogurt.

Afternoon snack after work- 4.30pm- Weetabix white choc Oatibar (3.5 syns). Tescos melon & grape medley. 3 Babybel lights (HEXa).

Supper- 8pm- Cod Mornay (from SW calendar- June recipe- Cod fillets, cherry tomatoes, spinach, quark, f.f fromage frais, mustard powder, garlic, wholemeal breadcrumbs, parsley, seasoning- 3 syns for bread). WW toffee apple yogurt (0.5 syns).

Total syns- 7.5

The cod mornay sounds gorgeous, is that in this months mag?
 
Week 33- Day 7 (Mon)- Extra Easy- Day off!

Brekkie- 11am- Weetabix Oatybar white choc (3.5 syns) and Ravishing Ruby HIFI bar (HEXb)- (we were meant to be going out for brekkie but dh was doing work on the computer and I ended up starvin' so needed things within easy reach- went out for lunch instead!)

Lunch at The Worms Head Hotel, Rhossili- 2pm- Tagliatelle with roasted vegetables and coriander pesto (?10 syns as pesto very oily!)

At art group birthday party (just popped in and ended up scoffing!)- 4pm- 1 1/2 small wholemeal rolls with tuna mayo (?8 syns), 2 savoury crackers (?3 syns), 1 mini duck spring roll (? 2 syns), Bournville Celebration (2 syns), Creme egg Twister Celebration (2.5 syns).

Supper after WI- 9pm- Chicken breast stuffed with Laughing Cow deli light blue cheese (part HEXa) wrapped in bacon with veg risotto (all left over from yesterday/Saturday). Vanilla/choc sprinkles Mullerlight with black cherry underlayer (2 syns).

Total syns ?33- OUCH!!!

Week 34- Day 1 (Tues)- Extra Easy- Day off!

Long lie-in!! (Still recovering from those blinkin' night shifts and back on them tomorrow!!!)

Brunch-11.30am- 3 Quorn sausages, baked beans and 2 fried eggs (Frylight) 1 tbspn brown sauce (1 syn).

2.30pm- A peach and some chunks of fresh pineapple. A Cheeky choc/orange HIFI bar (HEXb). 4 Laughing Cow deli light blue cheese squares (nearly a HEXa).

Tea- Salmon fillet (Frylighted) with homemade curry sauce (tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, ginger, chilli, curry powder), butternut squash chips sprinkled with paprika, mushy peas and steamed broccoli.

Vanilla/choc sprinkles with black cherry underlayer Mullerlight (2 syns).

Total syns 3.

Thanks Tina! I was v chuffed to be seeing progress again!! Hi Loups, yes I had a lovely day chillaxing then choir practice this evening followed by Big Brother!! I'm loving it so far this year! Saddo that I am!!LOL!X
 
Week 34- Day 2 (Wed)- Extra Easy- Night shift

Brekkie- 10am-2 Weetabix (HEXb) with 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HEXa) and a chopped banana. A little cheddar cheese (3/7 HEXa) plus 10g extra (2 syns).

Lunch-2pm- Roasted yellow pepper stuffed with couscous mixed with courgette, spring onion, butternut squash, cherry tomatoes, herbs and lemon juice (and a second helping of the couscous mixture!!) Some chunks of fresh pineapple.

Meal before work- 6.30pm- Roast chicken Mugshot (0.5 syns) and a bowl of mushy peas. Fresh pineapple chunks and some strawberries.

In work- small taste of Lidls brioche (?2 syns). 2 boiled sweets and 3 Haribo (5 syns).

In work- Salmon fillet (steamed with homemade free curry sauce- tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, curry powder, chilli powder, ginger) with a stuffed red pepper with couscous (see earlier). Orange/choc sprinkles Mullerlight. A peach.

Total syns 9.5.

Week 34- Day 3 (Thurs)- Extra Easy- Night shift 7.30pm-8am.

In work 6am- Fresh pineapple and strawberries with natural fat free yogurt.

Slept from 10am-4pm.

On waking up- 4.30pm- 6 crabsticks, some prawns Frylighted from raw with a little piri piri sauce (1 syn). A banana.

Before work- 6.30pm- Thai Mugshot (0.5 syns).

In work- Snack- Packet of Ryvita Minis salt & vinegar (HEXb) 3 Babybel Lights (HEXa).

Meal-Fillet of salmon (previously Frylighted) with a little piri piri sauce (2 syns) with a red and a yellow roasted stuffed peppers with couscous (see yest). A pink grapefruit.

Total syns 3.5.

Week 34- Day 4 (Fri)- Extra Easy- Day off!

In work- 5.30am- Strawberries and blueberries with fat free natural yogurt. Thai Mugshot (0.5 syns).

At home before bed- 8.30am- Orange/choc sprinkles Mullerlight and an orange.

On getting up- 2pm- Luscious Lemon Hifi bar (HEXb).

Lunch with the girlies (b4 SATC2) in Pitcher & Piano-3.30pm- Smoked salmon linguine- (?10 syns for the sauce which was creamy!!)

On way home from town/Asda- 8.30pm- Mighty Bites chicken on a stick- (1.5 syns).

At home- A little homemade potato salad- boiled potatoes in skins, chunky ham, apple, gherkin, Hellmans XL mayo, Heinz XL salad cream, english mustard (negligable syns as only a tiny taste). Some cherry tomatoes. 1 Babybel light (1/3 HEXa- didn't have 2/3!)

Total syns approx 12.

Before work- 6.30am-Pot Noodle in a Mug- Chinese chicken flavour (what a nutritious breakfast eh?!!!)

Work break -1 9.30amStrawberries, raspberries and blueberries with fat free natural yogurt. A banana. An Alpen light choc/orange bar (1/2 HEXb).

Work break 2- 3pm- Chicken fillets in piri piri marinade (2 syns) with roasted veg (tomatoes, mushrooms, aubergines, baby corn on cob, red onion, BNS, red pepper). A pink grapefruit.

6.30pm- Alpen light choc/orange bar (1/2 HEXb). An orange flavoured boiled sweet (1 syn).

At home-9pm- Homemade potato salad (boiled new potatoes in skins, chunky ham, apple, gherkin, english mustard, XL Hellmans Mayo, XL Heinz salad cream (1 syn). With salad leaves and cherry tomatoes. 5 Morrisons Eat Smart sausages cooked on George Foreman (2.5 syns)- Hungry girl!! An orange.

Several cups of tea with tiny splashes of s.skimmed milk (Part HEXa).

Total syns- 6.5
