Yeah think WS may the way forward whilst we are away and just no alcohol. Haven't been able to tolearte coke zero since doing this so will be easy on the water front I think. Will try for a at least one TS day but know I will end up doing all the camping cooking as usual and that will involve eggy bread. full english's, pasta etc for him so will be a big test as won't be able to run off and hide on my garden swing whilst he scoff's which is what I usually do!

Was bloomin lovely tho and nice to eat with friends and socialise I have to say! Haven't eaten since and am going to stay TS until my camping trip on Thurs when will swap to WS for 3 days then back onto TS for a month me thinks.
Don't feel like I have lost any more weigh and the scales do back me up on this from my cheeky weigh ins however my clothes are getting mahoosive and the compliments are flying in. I saw some families from work who I hadn't seen since last year and they were full of praise which was really nice. Today I even got into a pair of size 20 trousers that I bought last year "to diet into" but could never get them past my knees and now they fit just bloomin lovely. So definnitely reaping the benefits I would say.
Really want to get into some exercise. My bike, the shred and my swimsuit are all ready- just need the nod from the doc to say I can kick off and hopefully I'll be pumped up ready to go! Seeing the doc on Tues so stitches can come out so will see what they think then but technically will be less than 2 weeks into my 4 week break so who knows......
WI tomorrow then guys but heading for a STS at best but will be sticking with it anyhows xxx
Very intrigued about what one of those fangled high powered bikes look like!!! Yay the bike is definitely on- just sadly had zero time this week to get on it! I work long days (12.5 hours) with at least an hours travel either side so on working days I get zero done and recently my days off have been manic too. Now on nights for next 2 days then we are off camping so lots of walking then and hopefully can kick off with my plans a week today. Sounds like I'm making naff excuses doesn't it...promise I'm not xx
I will get shredding Marge.............promise xx (I visualise you just like Miss Jillian herself with a whip in hand lol!)
Yuk, I know what you mean by the 12 hour shifts and 2 hours travelling. I did alot of those myself, a good few years ago.
A couple of good pals are nurses, and they do very long hours too
I WISH I had the body of Miss Jillian
The attitude and the whip, I can do though
