You are truly blessed Carly and totally deserve to be happy. Your 'old' relationship sounds very similar to my current one so can fully empathise with you.
So update on Gaga world.....
Yesterday was a toughie for me. I have a very demnading job with very sick children and a year ago yesterday the bravest man I ever knew lost his fight for life. His family have been amazing through it all and really touched my life in a way which I know breaks professional boundaries! Today they are having a memorial for him so am going with some colleagues to help support them and to present them with the most gorgeous scrapbook we have made for them full of so many wonderful memories. Going to be a tough day me thinks. I always consider myself to be very professional but in a job that involves you caring and giveing so so much there will always be families that touch you in an extra special way and these are just one of them. Tragic really but will be lovely to see them. Shame about the weather tho as they have a BBQ planned!!!!
Trying to start my next 8000 word essay too but really struggling to get the words out- plus the energy to even be bothered! Only got 4 weeks left to get it done in too so really must get cracking.
On a positive- no more cheese in the house and bars are strictly limited. Getting silly and know WI will be another disappointment this week but only have myself to blame for that. Hey ho. BBQ food today to be sociable and not cause a scene then total, total, total TS for me right through until August end of when I will do a AAMW whilst away camping again. Got to do it.
Bought some more size 14 tops and a pair of shorts yesterday in Sainsburys sale ready for holiday as really think a 12 by Nov is unobtainable for me so will aim for 14. Really hard to think about buying clothes now for then when I don't know how I will look or what I will want to wear but guess by then it will be all jumpers and autumny/ winter stuff so best to stock up now.
Ebay is my best friends at the mo too- picking up some lovely tops for under 1.50 to help get me through the i have nothing to wear that i like days!! Everyone at work thinks I have gone mad!
So offski now to get ready for the wet BBQ then won't be back until late so may well have to catch up after work tomorrow evening or Mon am. Hope everyone is well. Much love to you all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
