Thanks CG- I'm all good and keeping on track. Hope you are too. You do not want em to overtake you now do you hehehe.

So we're now onot day 4 of being back on track and all is well in gaga-camp. Scales stills aid 15.7 today so STS from yesterday. I really don't think I may have knocked out of ketosis tho as haven't suffered (sorry to rub that in to those of you who have been!) Weird as I surely must have done considering what I ate and the calories consumed. Gouda pack is now open for business (the tool opened it not me) and I have not touched a slice, neither do I intend too.

Just been to see some friends in their new house which was nice. He noticed I'd lost loads of weight which was nice too. Been back to the vets again too as poor old kitty still isn't healing. She's now on her last course on antibiotics and steroids to see if that makes a difference and if it doesn't then she has to have her toe removed bless her!! Fingers crossed she does heal now as really don't want her to have her toe removed.

So now operation essay really must commence. I have to hit past 5000 words today so please whip me if I don't.

Pleased youre not struggling with the ketosis too. Mine was quite easy this time too and very quick to get into. May have knocked myself out slightly now but Im not too concerned!
