It was about safe working practice in a care home environment - yawn!
Got it done but it was a struggle! Just have to wait and see what my mark is like.
I'm in the middle of moving house so I haven't been good diet wise :sigh:

Well had a very amourous hubbie last night as well as indulging in a little cheese and the cheese topping off his pasta bake....oh dear! Hey ho. Not totally bad and certainly not exactly what her was eating or drinking!!! Just hope I burned it off hehehehehehehe!!!
