Well hello there my special, skinny friends. Thabks for all your posts- was very surprised to be found on page 2- thought it would be page 9!!!!
So.....Gaga is back after a wonderful weekend of camping with our fab friends and their gorgeous six month old baby who has given me serious brood issues to say the least!!!! Tried to be good and think I made the best of possible choices so will fess all now......
Fri: Made them all chicken pie with mash, loads of pastry and oodles of booze......Gaga had 2 shakes and one (yes just one) bar!
Sat: had sausage x2, dry fried egg, mushrooms and 2 bacon for breakfast which was just amazing! This kept me full up all day so completely forgot to have shakes! We then had loads of hams and cheeses as a starter whcih they had with breads and much naughtiness but I kept with ham and cheese then I just had a bar for afters.
Sun: Refused breakfast (felt very proud of this indeed!). Had a shake at12 ish then we had hams and cheese again at 6ish. Then had a burger and slad at 9ish with one bar.
mon: Had sausage, bacon, egg for breakfast and have had 2 shakes since with a bar for later.
So no doubt I have exceeded my calories but I didn't have any major carbs and certainly didn't eat near what they did. I did try to have a vodka with coke zero but I really didn't like it so just went back to coke zero! Felt gutted by that but hey ho- less calories after all!
So today should have been WI but didn't get home til half 3 so too late to weigh in- will do it in the morning and face the results. Who knows hey??? Was a special weekend and I really didn't want to miss out.
So the next week ahead is total TS and then am away again next Mon and Tues camping for 2 nights with my folks. So I hope I have been ok ish...... now for a very long overdue catch up with all your diaries.

really trying again!
Morning ladies and happy Tuesday. Hope today is a good day for you all. So I have weighed in and can happily report I have lost 3lb s since Fri so am now down to 15.4 which is great. Not quite the 15.3 I was hoping for but a loss none the same and that was whilst eating too so all is good.
Now to be TS right until next Monday then have 2 days away camping with my folks then have to get my head down and crack on with this weight loss mission.
Today I will pop to Sainsbury's in the hope that it will be 25% off so I can stock up on some bargains. Then it's house tidy mission ahead of back to work tomorrow. I had x2 size 18 tops delivered from ebay from fat face. One was a hoodie and the other a t-shirt. They looked tiny when I opoend them so I didn't take them camping and was a bit disheartened. Have tried them on today tho and they are perfect so wooooo hooo! I need to regain focus and get back on track. I have been 15 something for weeks now so next week I would love to be 14 something. Fingers crossed......xx

You pair are not faffing around at all- think it has been a struggle of a summer for all of us. I have wavered around 15 stone for the whole time. Lowest I have been is 15.4 which is today so am DETERMINED not to go above this now!!!
Drove all the way to Sainsbury's and offer wasn't on- damn it- must have been last week. Ended up buying the tool some shorts and trousers for hols in his skinny size 32's (i hate him) then walked around some shops for some retail therapy.
Now home with a shake then it's vet's yet again at 2pm- this poor cat of mine is slowly costing me a fortune bless her xx

Well Gaga is in a right teary mess yet again and all over beloved old puss. Just been back to the vets, yet again as her other toe next to the amputated one has started to go exactly the same as the other. Vet is convinced it is cancer spreading and wants to remover her whole leg!!! I'm truly gutted and feel like I am being cruel by doing nothing and even crueller by putting an 18 year old puss through an amputation. I'm so messed up. She keeps looking at me as if she knows!! (i know she doesn't but it is melting my heart!)
What is a girl to do! The vet said if it was her cat she would do the op tomorrow. Decided to dose up her pain killers and see how she goes but as soon as it worsens I think she will have to go in for operation leg-off. Vet will do a chest xray first and if she has lung tumours then she won't operate and then guess we will have to face other decisions.
I'm truly gutted and so upset. Sorry to whinge and sorrry for any non-cat lovers out there reading this. I don't have babies and my kitties are my world and I love them to bits. Anyone been through anything similar? Just looked online and it's made it worse seeing photos and reading how different her life will be.
