Gained 1lb BUT

I am not overly impressed as I gained a 1lb this week (due on) but checked my measurements


Last week
hips - 45
waist - 41
boobs - 44.5

this week
hips - 44
waist - 39.5
boobs - 42

all measurements are inches

Wow that's fab! I wish I'd measured myself at the start, I have some measurements from when I started WW earlier this year, they'll have to do.....

after the first 12 weeks n being so disheartned with only 11lb loss decided at least if I have both weight and measurements I may not beat myself up as much if the scale doesn't budge x

The measurements are great as you don't always notice the changes in your body immediately. Well done with getting the swimming in.
