Ok so I am starting off my journey again. I am almost 3 weeks into a 10 week count down ( got some weeks back due to medical issues)
I am 21.2 as off today. I am desperately trying to NOT weigh in daily ( eating disorder issues I've had 20 sessions of therapy for cant stop it )
I live with my 2 cats. I have an 8 year old son who unfortunately dosent live with me due to my mental health issues really. But I see him 5 days a week my bf moved in for lockdown as my mh has been awful. Eating healthy helps. He really helps me cook more. I made chilli tonight ( son has spag bol hes not keen on spices)
My main goals are to loose weight for Christmas-to meet bf family ( depending on lockdown) then to fit on legoland rides for my 40th ( with my son) in may 2021.
I was 25 stone got down to between 18. 10-19.3 last year. But yo yo this last year.
Eating sw helps my mh. I batch cook as I have ME/CFS and some days barley function.
