MissMiff, you are my hero! I have (as of this morning) lost just 2st since April. Nothing in comparison! You have done sooooo well and it's so easy to do this way isn't it?! Before, when I've reached a goal like this I would have taken the day 'off' and eaten really bad stuff to congratulate myself. Today, I didn't buy any bad food as I just wasn't hungry or didn't fancy anything! I did buy myself a nice fruit salad and I bought a wrap for tea that is still in the fridge! I love the HGB, it's these little things that make all the difference
