Hi all x I have just started reading the 'I can make u thin' book it hasn't told me to listen to cd yet so will hopefully start that this week x Did everyone see changes using this book? Or was it just the gastric band? I'm desperate for this method to work x

If I concentrate on my food when I'm eating then yes but some days (last 2 days at work were hardest) if I don't I am not realising when I'm full. I am definitely eating much smaller portions though x
Hi Lozzie - i'm using the I Can Make You Thin App and its definatlely been working for me - i've now lost almost 3 and a half stone in total and am eating exactly what I want. I've had a few weeks where I've stayed the same recently (don't think I was actually eating enough as I just wasn't hungry - once I ate abit more I started loosing again) but generally I've been so happy with the results that I haven't felt the need to try the Gastric Band even though my husband bought it for me!
