Tried the orange one and love it ... CDC saying can only have it in 1 ltr of water per day so saving it til night time, feels like I am getting a wee treat x

I find it quiet strong if I put a whole teaspoon in so I break it up so every ltr I have has a little bit in!!!

Can't get used to the compliments I am getting!! People keep say god ur looking great have u lost weight... I just go red and say yeah haha

Well it's been a few weeks since I have been on here.. Not feel off the wagon thank god just been busy... I have just hit the 8 stone off mark from whn I first started .. So just over 6 stone with cwp x

Starting to get people not recognising me now which embarrasses me!! My own dad walked by me a few days ago when I was dressed up for a night out.
