Hey Gem, sorry to hear you are so down at the moment, you really have done so fantastically well. I just had a thought, not sure if it will help at all, do you have any clothes left from 'before'? You could try them on and just have a really warm glow moment when your brain realises just how far you have come. You should be proud of yourself!
I cleared out my wardrobes and loft today of clothes that are now, happily too big, it was refreshing and reinforced my will to get to to goal, then RTM. I figure it will be Christmas before I finish altogether. The thought of it being that long, is overwhelming.
Some days the whole LL diet takes over my whole brain, it can be all consuming, every minute of every day, with a relentlessness about it.
I know we are losing weight with LL, but sometimes I feel I need a break. So, to avoid temptation, I plan in some 'treats' for me. The weekend is the time I go swimming, there is also a jacuzzi there, which I just love and look forward to.
I'm away this weekend and next weekend, so the little 'breaks' break the boredom and routine of LL.(I will stay on plan!!) It's also something to look forward to.
Not sure if any of this helps at all, but I do really feel for you.
