Karen's right start chatting on the internet sites now and you never know what they might turn up
My hair dresser is on the look out for a mate for her brother in law She says he is tall, lovely and a farmer...what to be a farmers wife Think he is 39...I saw a photo of her husband and if her brother in law looks anything like him he is a babe!
There is loads of lovely guys around but you always have to kiss a few frogs on your way to the good one...such is life. Otherwise how would you know when you got the good one
So glad you have cheered up a little Tis' very hard sometimes all this emotional stuff, but your doing well and "You will survive"....

Ain't that the bloody truth!! I've kissed so many frogs my lips are turning green!!!! Not impressed with my prince charming, he's taking an awful long time to find me!
Day 166... I'm back on track and taking control of my weight loss!! Now is my time to get rid of this excess weight and i am going to do it!!
my first goal is to be in and around 11st 7lb by the weekend of 20th October. having weighed in this morning at 12st 13lb that is 20lb to lose in 4 weeks, well it might not be possible but i'm gonna try my darn best!! i know i will lose probably about a 1/2 a stone in the next few days so that will help matters!!
on ww, i didn't contact him nor him me and while i feel a little bit sad about it really nothing compared to what i thought i would feel. i feel relieved a little bit too. it was always going to end like this. anyway not dwelling on that anymore just gonna keep going and be happy being me.
i would love to be off work for a few days but alas i have no holidays left to take
ok i'm off but will be dipping in and out today

He is your poison - addictive but fatal. We've all had one or two of those!! (I've had more than my fair share, babes!!)
So now it's time for you to concentrate on what makes you happy, darling!!!!
Erase all negative aspects and concentrate on the positive. Get yourself on those dating sites, go out with your mates (you don't have to drink) and start enjoying being you! Things will just fall into place then, honey!!!

cheers honey... not really back on track... i was but have had a very emotional roller coaster day and am gonna give myself a day or two to actually grieve for WW rather than bury the loss and not deal with it. i'm not stuffing my face or anything like it but i am eating.
my goals are still there and i will achieve them....
hows you??? you on for going to newcastle for the VFBC in January??? i'm seriously thinking of it, would be a howl!!!

Good morning to all you lovely people and a proper oirish top o' the mornin to yis all lol
well guys i am in great form............ i feel soooo liberated and free and back to my old self. WW is a goner and i couldn't be happier, no looking back and little or no saddness.... its brill!!! i am looking at this as a gain of my life and my self-respect back rather than losing anything cos i have lost nothing.
i feel sooooooooooooooooooo good and am really looking forward to the weekend. not doing a whole lot just chilling. i'm getting a door put up in my apartment cos i have a long hall (oooo er missus...) and the heat just flys up it so getting a door to stop it!!
eating wise sunday is D-day for me and i'm soo ready for it!! that song that starship sand, nothing gonna stop ME now comes to mind!!
thank you to everyone who has supported me, without you guys i wouldn't have got this far, so thank you.
i hope everyone has a fab weekend and sure i'll be around all day here chatting i'm sure
