well having a good day today and the past nearly 2 weeks, diet wise too, I've been accepted on the florestry course, so I'm really looking forward to it, the factory work started last thursday so I'm going tomorrow hopefully use the sewing machine more and stitch the patchwork, I really enjoyed it last week.
this morning I thought that I wasnt going to weigh myself but anyway after breakfast, I just caved in and weighed myself after nearly 2 weeks not weighing myself, I also started my healthy eating nearly 2 weeks ago, anyway I was really chuffed with the result those exstra pounds are I think are gone, I say I think because this was after breakfast, but I'm only a pound heavier than my lightest! will weigh myself first thing tomorrow or friday just to check, anyway I'm going on holiday to great yarmouth on saturday so I' ve promised myself to watch what I eat, I know ill be on holiday but I am sick of gaining and loseing thoes odd pounds, I havent come very far these past few months with the scales so really want to be a bit slimmer come september although setting nothing in stone.
as for excersise played badminton with a friend and have been going to the walking group, I have stopped going to the gym for now since I got a bit fed up with doing the same thing and also had no one to go with , I might try and go on the wii fit though and I love walking so will do that on my own after the holiday .
