oh my! the allotment DOES rank up the steps! I only hoed and raked and did almost 5000 steps! OMG! I really do need to get up there and sort it out big time, but that will have to wait cos I have pulled an unaccustomed muscle in my shoulder! Its not so bad to be honest (the plot!), so it won't take much to do. On monday I will be sowing some seeds, just to get them started off in the greenhouse. Oooh, sat here on the computer with a wheat bag over one shoulder. I keep looking at it, expecting it to squawk!

so far todays steps are 9556!!!!

That's what I used to find when I posted the steps, I couldn't keep up with which day was which!!

Friday - 8,823.

Weather's not too bad here, it's dull and grey but at least it's dry, which is good cos I have to go and watch Bradford City play soon

Saturday. 10,000+ again!


Went to birmingham again, to buy the dress that I should have bought yesterday, then came home and walked around with DH shopping again, so the steps have mounted once again! In the high 9,000's at the mo, so will be well over the 10 by the end of the day, but won't be on mini's then. Size 14 dress too big on the top, size 12 perfect on the top, but 'fits' around the middle. 1st 4lb to lose, so hopefully will be ok by then. Plus I will be on FOOD and will be able to excersise! Also found a ME skirt so that arrived home too! As did a pair of shoes, a shrug and 2 t shirts. Haven't mention the skirt to DH yet.......
