So here's a positive already.
Friend phoned. Fancy having dinner sometime this week? Me: Yep, sounds great. Thursday ok for you? Instead of errrrrrrr... I'm pretty booked up this week. Maybe we could have a coffee and ill drink black coffee nor sparkling water and salivate over your choices. Thursday will be an up day and I can have something!
The other thing is... I've been mulling over what to have. Think in going to have whatever be it diet this n that, low fat, wheaty, gluteny, carby etc then change wee bits as I go along. Don't want to change too much too soon. Just see how I feel.
So don't be shocked if I'm not eating nuts n seeds is what in trying to say! X
Hmm I'd have you on dry bread and water myself except you with your bread fetish would enjoy that way too much
Have a a great few days and get on that bloody bike tomorrow - give it a couple of weeks and I might get mine out of the she'd (think covered in cobwebs/Miss Haversham) and join you for a ride somewhere flat and straight
