Had a lovely night with friend doing the favours. We got loads done. She got me a lovely present to say thank you. Lots of nice smellies...There was no need.

I declined the wine last night. Want to stay as clean as I can!

Today's plan is clean, clean and clean plus loads of washing. Then roller skating then packing afterwards

London was amazing. Had a ball. Got birds eye view of Mo Farah as he ran past and I put a bet on Wilson Kipsang to win, which he did. Yeehar I also saw a lovely black swan in St James' park

Tomorrow, it's my friends wedding. My dress is snug. Could kick myself for not sticking to TS for longer. I am off plan tomorrow and Thursday, then back on plan on Friday. I am looking forward to getting back on the wagon again...

Ill catch up with diaries on Friday. I'm just popping in to say hello and hope u are doing well x

Hello there... I'm trying to slink back quietly in the hope you haven't noticed I've been absent.

I'm going to summarise why I started exante: to lose weight for my bestie's wedding.

The wedding was on 16 April and here's what I did: I lost 2st then regained 1 1/2 stone all in the short space of about 21/2 months.

I went to the wedding and felt fat, horrible and uncomfortable. Why? Because I chose crap (and I mean crap) food over feeling and looking good. I have noticed that whenever I have a deadline that I seem to do the opposite of what's required. Instead of dieting I went on a self-destruct all you eat rampage for wedding.

So here I am, having wasted a few months. I am still going to try and nail this flaming weight!

I can do TS until 24 May. Then I have a ball on 31 may. After that, I have a party on 5 June then nothing till 11 July. I could realistically have a damn good run at TS. So that's what I'm going to try to do...

I've included a photo from the wedding so you can see how bloated i am. I'm the chunkey monkey in the blue. Hope u don't mind me blotting my face out. I don't like showing my face!

So day 1 it is today. Headache and tired. Early night for me. Gonna have chilli and a bar first ;-)
