Lol, forgot he was due home! Now that is what I call being busy :). He will notice a bit TH. Have a lovely time xx

Shame on you woman, even I had remembered he's home today! :p

Have be a fab week with him, just go with the flow and eat/do whatever feels right xx
 
Day 33

3 1/4 ON!!! What the f***? So not fair! Had half a soup at lunch then for Indian meal I had 1 poppadom, 1 palm size bit naan, mixed tandoori, which us just dry chicken tikka n prawns etc with no sauce. Had no rice, no bombay potatoes, no chick peas, no alcohol... I did have after eight mint which gave me taste for choc so I had a bar when I got home. 3 1/4 on. It'd have been half a stone if I had a drink n rice etc! Oh my god.

Going to gym this morning then walk this afternoon with Marc :) nice to have him home!

Will have nothing today because I don't know what we will eat later. If we have a takeaway, I'll have packs instead. Oh my god. Me n food just don't go together. 3 1/4 on in one day when j was being super careful to not have too many carbs including alcohol.

Have a good one. Stay away from food!!! x
 
Try not to worry TH it's probably just water gain, reckon it will come off just as quickly even if you were to eat real food today. You made good choices so be proud of yourself x have a nice day x
 
As has been said, don't worry about it, it'll soon come off! All worth it to spend precious time with hubby -- and no matter what you'd have eaten you'd have had a gain as your body isn't used to food.

Relax and enjoy your week :)

Ha! My brother has talked me into staying overnight in Liverpool so I've booked it. He a wee *****. Wouldn't let me drive!

Anyway, you'd better watch out. I might be hungover n stinking if booze!!! X
 
Just back from gym. Did about 400 cal burn on machines X trainer, wave, rower and strider, then did a toning class for 45 minutes then about 10 minutes of free weights. Going for a walk with OH later :)

So I've been thinking... If I'm going to eat some meals with OH then I don't think I should eat packs cos I'd be kinda wasting them because ketosis isn't going to happen this week? Does that make sense?

So I might just eat nowt all day and then have whatever with him in the evening. If it is a takeaway, I'll make up a salad at home. If we're out ill choose the salad option if available or the protein option. I'll try to limit the carbs and avoid alcohol. I'd rather do that than have two packs plus a meal because ketosis won't be an option and I'd rather save my packs for when I can TS.

In the mean time I'll go to gym everyday and try to squeeze walks in etc :)

Whatever I choose to eat, I'll be weighing daily so that I don't rocket back up. 3 1/4lbs. Still shocked!!! X
 
Are you going to take some vitamin supplement TH because you won't be getting enough with one meal a day & you don't want to come done with something just as you are about to restart Exante.

Well done on all the exercise, I have done absolutely nothing so far apart from providing a taxi service for my kids . x
 
That weight gain is an aberration. I'm sure it will disappear just as quickly. Chin up. :)
 
Another 2 3/4 ON today.

Oh my god. Why can people have a total binge week and then put on 3 in a week. I'm on day 2 and I've put on 6lb and Im being fairly sensible?!

So yesterday We went to a carvery about 6. I had a roast but it was a small roast. Turkey, tablespoon of carrots, mushy peas, mashed turnip n swede, leeks, two small roasties, mash yorkie pudding and gravy. It was on a small dinner plate and I couldn't eat it all.

Later I had 2 slices toast with butter. That wasn't necessary and I didn't really enjoy it. But it's out if my system now. I also had 2 packet if mc coys which I didn't need either.

So there were some bad things I had which I didn't need. I chose them, not to be sociable but to be greedy really. I didn't need to eat anything after the roast at the carvery. So hopefully today I won't make the same mistake. It frightens me to think I was 11st 10 on Friday and I'm 12st 2 this morning.

I'm off to the gym again :-/ HAVE A GOOD DAY AND BE GRATEFUL THAT YOU CAN TS. If love to be TSing right now x
 
It is scary how fast it can go on TH. I put 6lb on in my first week but i only weighed once a week. I could have put all of it on in 2 days like you but i dont know as i didnt look.
Hopefully you should start to level out soon and stop gaining every day.
On the plus side, if you return to ts, you should have a really good week 1 loss again.
So try not to worry about it too much. You are having time with your hubby and thats the main thing!
How long are you going to be back on food for? Xx

I know you know this but you shouldn't have had the McCoys - I can understand you having the toast as I know that bread is your big love (remember Marco and the baguette!) biput as for the crisps, no excuse lol.

Miss you too honey! We have a great gabbing session all the way and we notice the little things like folks walking past with ice cream cones etc. guys not interested in that!!!

You are totally right about the crisps. They were 100% unnecessary and mindless eating. There was no way I was hungry.

As for the toast, Marc reckons I didn't enjoy it cos I felt guilty. Probs right. I could have just had one slice if toast. Not two!

So hopefully I'll learn today :) just black coffees so far. Luckily Marc isn't a pig. He actually doesn't eat a lot. He can skip meals without even noticing he hasn't eaten. He' definitely enjoys his evening meal thought. He never pigs out on desserts, sweets or anything.

So I can't really blame him for the gain! X
 
Marc sounds like a perfect partner to keep you on the dieting straight and narrow!
 
TH there is no way that you will keep putting 3lb on everyday. You would have to eat non stop to do that!

Try & substitutes the crisps & toast with egg , ham or the likes if you get the urge to eat. That way you won't feel guilty after eating & can still enjoy a normal meal with Marc.

Carbs have got so much to answer for!! xx
