Gym was ok today. Stuck to weights!

Back on exante on Sunday. Got step daughters birthday Thursday with party thurs and barbecue fri then I have a ball on Saturday night at Marriott, so back on it Sunday! Then I have parties in June etc but I can not eat and drink water there. No one will be bothered.

Looking forward to a long TS run again :) x
 
Hope you're out there pounding the pavement / grass - have just asked hubby if he fancies doing our Chorley walk with me, his response was 'not a bloody chance!' --- lazy monster he is :) xx

Day 37. 1 3/4 on today. That's fair I'd say!

Yesterday I went to gym then walked about 5 miles into town with OH. We went on a pub crawl! But, I can safely say that the 'strongest' drink I had was a diet coke. Not bad considering we visited about 8 pubs!

Then we had an Indian. It was my only meal of the day. I had a poppadom and the mixed tandoori again. Rather than eating it all, I got a doggy bag because I didn't even touch the tandoori chicken on the bone. I did have the chocolate at the end but not the shot of baileys which I love!

When we got home I had the taste for chocolate so I had the fun size versions of a crunchier, 2 caramels and 3 wee curly wurlys. Not the best I know.

So I reckon the gain is fair :) not much planned today. Pot plant in the garden maybe. Might eat out at our local which has been refurbished or at daughters restaurant where she works.

I have continued counting my days because although I'm off plan I'm being careful and watching my weight until I restart. That's why I'm continuing the count. Usually I'd stop and start again at 1 but this period is part if my journey!

As for food my recommendation would be daughters restaurant, I love it in there, food is amazing and plus we've walked past it so many times and not gone in.

Would feel like I was being unfaithful to you if we ate in there. However Caity is desperate fir us to go there! X

You're doing well TH so well done, all that gym is obviously helping to control your weight too so you have got a good balance going on.

Like Katie says, you're showing excellent constraint. I would have had a pint in each pub too.Enjoy the rest of your 'time off.' You'll lose any weight gained after Sunday.
 
Day 38. 1 1/2 on for me.

Again that's fair. So yesterday I had a slice of bread n butter, chicken peices, and 2 fudges.

In the restaurant I had beetroot n goats cheese ravioli to start. There wasn't a lot of that really. Then I had a cheese board pizza. Left about a third of that because it was too much. No dessert. I never have that anyway.

OH hasn't clicked that I'm on a diet which is great! He wondered why I wasn't having a drink last night!

Really I should've made better choices yesterday. I could've had some protein salad choices etc because today is gonna be tricky. I

It's Chloe's birthday today and I've already had a bacon butty (tradition in our house!) we are going to Frankie n bennys for lunch later. Then there's the birthday cake. They dont like cake. Im the only one who does! So there's bound to be a massive gain tomorrow.

After that I can reign it in a bit until I'm TS again in Sunday. I'm actually sick of food now and it's not even been a week. Exante is so simple!

How are you keeping it from your OH that you're dieting? Hasn't he noticed you've lost weight? I think I've sussed from other diary entries that your OH works away. Doesn't he see when he gets home how much you've shrunk? Hope your daughter and the family enjoy her birthday. :birthday:
