It's 5.30am and I'm getting ready to meet Katie at the gym for 6.30am! We will do some kettle bells and other weights as well as the machines.

Home visits finished. I enjoy them but I miss my class. They are wee cuties! Be glad to spend time with them today :)

Meeting friends for coffee after work then I need to head home to pack for my camping music festival tomorrow. Excited!!!

All I can say is she was last seen with a band of pink & white flowers across her hair and wearing a dodgy pair of pink rimmed sunglasses.....she may have already been taken away by the fashion police ;) x

Weekend was 'out of this world' So, so, so fantastic!

Gain is going to be massive. Back on it tomorrow!

Feel like a zombie today cos Ive had 3 hours sleep so Im off to bed :)
