Right, for todays food:

EE and 6 syns (saving 6 for tomorrow)

  • Bfast - Poached Egg on Toast with 2 tangrines
  • Snack - Alpen Light Bar
  • Lunch - Sweet chilli Savoury rice and 1 pear and 1 satsuma
  • Snack - 1 apple
  • Dinner - Either steak salad or 4 eat smart Sausages(2) and mash with veg and gravey (2) and large fruit salad.
  • WW yogurt and options hot choc(2)
Thats all 6 syns used for today x

A very emotional day yesterday, but all went well and it brought the family so much closer together too.

Keep having that image of my Gran taking us out when we were younger and still get choked up.

Anyway.. EE today, my daugher is coming over at lunch, to send invites out for her engagement. So making a sw soup and will have a big bowl of that:

  • Bfast - ww yogurt and a pear
  • Lunch - Pot and leak soup, slice of nimble (1/2 B)
  • Snack - Alpen Bar Light (1/2 b)
  • Iced latte - made with 200 ml skimmed milk (HEA), coffee, ice and sweetner
  • Dinner, Prawn Biriyan, made with prawns, tin chopped toms, veggies, curry spices, chilli, all cooked up, then half cup of rice and 3/4 cup of water, bring to boil and simmer for 2 mins, off heat, covered for 15 mins and then ready, stir in coriander and season.
  • Snack - Huge Fruit Cocktail and a curly wirly(6)
  • Rest of milk allowance - 3 teas and a coffee
Thats 6 syns and both HEX's x
 
Oh dear, had a sneeky peek this morning at scales, and not good, not shifted enough. Looks like a lb, so hoping the scales will be kinder to me tomorrow eve. Will starve all day, and just have fat free noodles for lunch and minimum water.

Going to Outback for OH's sons birthday and looked online, really faniced coconut prawns, but they are in batter so going for grilled prawns instead to start and steak for dinner. Deserts are just too bad, so thinking of taking a pre packed fruit salad in with me for afters, but not sure if they'd like that!! But don't want to dive into temptation either.. hmm, what to do!!!

Right today is EE and 6 syns:

  • Bfast - 2 satsumas and a pear
  • Lunch - Huge bowl of SF Soup
  • Snack - Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)
  • Dinner (at the Outback for OH's sons bday meal), Grilled Prawns, Fillet Steak, side salad and Jacket Pot. Fruit salad( thinking of taking my own, as nothing on menu)
  • Snack - WW yogurt and Alpen Bar Light (1/2 HEB)
  • Milk for teas and coffees (HEA)
Not sure if steak will come brushed with oil, I'll ask for it not to be, but counting 6 syns just in case. Thats all syns and hex's used. Crossing all fingers and toes for tomorrows WI. x

Ok, todays meals, 15 syns and EE:

  • Bfast - 2 poached eggs ono 2 slices of nimble toasted with mushrooms and 2 tangerines
  • Lunch - Fat free sweet chilli noodles and 2 tangerines
  • Dinner - Chicken stir fry and 2 mini spring rolls (4)
  • Curly wurly (6) and an apple
Thats 10 syns, will think of something else to have for the other 5.

:bliss:I did it.. went to WI after pusing myself, what with seeing the scales yesterday morning, was even going to leave this week.. But I went and lost 2lb. I am so pleased, with a funeral on Friday, (chinese meal, bottle of wine), Outback on sunday night (steak and jacket) and then harvester yest lunchtime (chicken, salad and 1/4 jacket) all that work paid off.

I was so worried that I was over eating on SF foods as well. I asked consultant last night about that, she said if Im eating till Im feeling ill, then yes, overeating, but as long as its SF foods, then if its till im full, then thats fine. Phewwww!!!


Ok, EE today, and 15 syns:
  • bfast - ww yogurt and a pear
  • Snack - alpen Light Bar(1/2 heb)
  • Lunch - Fat free super noodles and a tangerine, sushi (2)
  • Snack - Alpen Ligh Bar (1/2HEB)
  • Dinner - Stir Fry chicken with noodles and sauce (4), sw chicken (3/4) and Milk from allowance for coffee and tea (HEA)
Thats 6 and 3/4 syns used. 8 to carry over tomorrow for my meal out.

Today, is EE and didn't use all my syns yesterday as going out for noodles tonight, so I have my 15 plus 8 from yesterday I didn't use. Today is looking like this:

  • Bfast - omelette made with 2 eggs, mushrooms, 1 laughing triangle ex light light (1/5 HEA), tomatoes and ham (sf)
  • Snack - Alpen Bar Light (1/2 HEB)
  • Lunch - Pasta n sauce (0.5 syns) made with 50 ml semi skimmed (2/5 HEA) milk and 1 ex light laughing cow triangle (1/5 hea). 2 tangerines (sf)
  • 2 tea's and 2 coffee's - milk allowance (50 ml 1/5 HEA)
  • Dinner - Mixed meat noodles and a drizzle of satay sauce (16.5), 3 mini spring rolls (6)
  • Fresh Fruit Salad and Alpen Bar Light (1/2 HEB)
So thats 23 syns today. Fresh sheet tomorrow and going for a Red Day.

Ok.. aimed to do red today, but with the menu, its now a EE day:

15 syns:

  • Bfast - satsuma and ww yogurt
  • Snack - alpen bar light (1/2 HEB)
  • Lunch - Salad,sw chilli, jolop and fresh fruit salad (work foodie day)
  • Snack - Sushi (0.5) and tangerine and alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)
  • Dinner, steak, sw wedges, tomatoes and mushrooms and beans h/mans ex light mayo 2tbsp (2). Fresh fruit salad and curly wurly (6)
  • Milk for tea and coffee allowance (HEA)
Ok, thats 8.5 syns :D. Having SF Rice tomorrow with sweet n sour sauce, so saving the other 6.5 syns towards that.

Hospital appt went ok, just need more then 1 out he thinks :eek:. On a waiting list now to go in, as I want to be put to sleep while its done. I have a right phobia of dentists :sigh: , and blood, lol.. so it'll be better for EVERYone concerned that Im asleep when they do it :rolleyes:.

I got an email this morning saying I have my job interview Monday at 9am..:eek: Eeeekkkk I am the first one on the list in the organisation to have it..So lots of prep over the weekend to do and rehearsing as well.. Will use my OH as a guinea pig interviewer.. lol..

Right, am starving marvin and can't wait for dinner.. :17729:xx
