Saturday

Off plan today - cold isn't helping and just want food!!!

B chocolate porridge heb banana, options (1) choc shot (1) followed by a cheese pancake (3) and hea (usually I resist pancakes when I make them for the family but failed today)
L frankie and bennies pizza with pepper and advacado - 2/3 eaten also are a few fries

No dinner tonight! (Although it could all change)
Snacks chocolate x5 (10)
Syns 15 for the day and pizza which must be loads and loads - back on it tomorrow
 
Sunday

B porridge with apple end banana (made by oh so I think portion was a double heb)
L lm Italian sausages (1) lentils, goats cheese hea
roast peppers, courgette and aubergine
D roast veg with lentils and cous cous, hea of cheese
Snacks chocolate (5)
Syns 6

Managed to get LO to take a bottle today - yeah I see a bit of freedom in the future!!! Off to stay with my parents for a week and see the extended family and catch up with the girlies x

L pasta, courgette, sugarsnap peas, passata, capers, onion, cheese 1/2 hea
D quorn and leek pie with carrots, potato and sweet pot top and cheese hea
Snacks mini kinder bars (7) - stress eating without thinking bad habit. 2 choc eggs(4) 1/2 a kit Kat (3) some little but of crisps at bottom of bag (3)
Syns 18.5

Disappointed with myself. Mindless eating when packing the car as tired and stressed. Then more eating at my parents because so cold. Going to be better tomorrow :)

L lm sausages, lentils with onion carrots, mashed pot, leeks and kale in coconut milk (3) big portion of Eton mess (20???) (did avoid apple tart and simnel cake though)
D cheese on toast hea and heb

No snacks
Syns at least 24
 
Tuesday
Extended family over to my parents to see the children so had a family lunch.

Wednesday

Stuck to SW for breakfast, lunch and dinner with only 2 syns but unfortunately then snacked controlled at thomas land but then stuck in traffic on the way home ate more than I should, another day approx 25 syns really need to be better tomorrow, meeting friends at the pub but not drinking but on Friday meeting a friend at the pub and having a couple of drinks and no Syns saved for that at all. Luckily I can't weigh in tomorrow as no scales here have just over a week to get it under control and lose the weight till next weigh in.

On the other hand day was lovely, Neve just about coped without me (although my breasts were in severe pain from midday) did refuse the bottle though grrr. My son had an amazing time and was good to have some quality time with him, he didn't stop all day not even to eat lunch it was lovely and full on xx

Like you said it's hols and can be difficult to remain 100%. You are aware of what you doing and will be back on plan in no time.

Neve must have missed you loads. My family seem to be pressuring me to feed Malita more which I not all for. 3 meals at her age is not necessary. I think the grandmothers just want to fatten her up ...lol

I love how the family all have advice on little ones, Neve is really clear now that she wants her 3 meals as gets grumpy without them, last week her stomach couldn't process it, they are so clear with what they need and you are the best person to read Malita and know what is best x

It really irritates me, I don't mind suggestions but just cause you suggest doesn't mean I have to do.

I have the same with my partners parents the Dutch way of doing things is very different and I am often told I am doing it wrong. Even to the point when I specifically asked Baz mother not to do something and she did it when I wasn't around and told me she had ignored me! Not much you can do but hold it in and enjoy the positives of family x

B porridge heb strawberries and banana. Honey (1)
L wrap ww high fibre which I think is a heb now? With tomato, cheese, capers and olives (.5)
D Mexican veg with rice and cheese hea

Snacks banana and a bit of picking of Sons plate (3)
Syns 4.5

Better day food wise, off to pub tonight but sticking to diet coke and driving so no more syns tonight I - well that is the plan xx

B hm hot cross bun made with no sugar, wholemeal flour and fat but spread with butter
L ww wrap cheese peppers and olives
D Quorn burger with sweet pot chips and mushy peas
Also decided to have too much chocolate and jelly beans so loads of syns. Back on it tomorrow!

Another day off plan, did well till this evening then OH ordered a curry and too tired to say no. Good walk in middle of day though. To the zoo tomorrow and taking a picnic so back on plan x

D couscous as above with salad leaves, picked onions lightest Mayo (1)

Tuesday
B porridge with strawberry, banana and honey (1)
L wholemeal bread, couscous with roast veg, Quorn burger (2) cheese heb and hea spread of hummus (2)
D quinoa, butternut squash, beetroot, onion and goats cheese hea
Snacks but of bread and chocolate (9) to be safe
Syns 14.

Had lunch at a friend avoided most of the bad food and took couscous I could eat. Getting there with being back on plan but still not easy but feel I am more on the right track

L pasta with asparagus and sugarsnap peas, tomato purée and cheese hea
D quinoa, beetroot, red onion and butternut
Squash. Low fat Mayo (.5) quorn burger (2) cheese (hea x2)
Snacks chocolate (9) banana
Syns 12.5

Weigh in tomorrow after 2 weeks. Hopefully all the pushing of the double buggy and general exercise has helped offset the extra food and too much chocolate.
 
4 pound off over two weeks, not fully deserved food wise. Think the activity of looking after the children, breastfeeding and pushing the double buggy around a zoo and up and down hills may have helped. Reached a healthy BMI which I am really pleased about. Helping to motivate me for the next 7lb - I never thought 9st 7lb was achievable but now it is in sight x
