Getting my body back - vegetarian EE

Poor little one had a very bad night, bless her. It set me off wanting to eat everything this morning - used my hea, heb and 6 Syns before 9 - could eat everything in sight. Have just done my daily squats and feeling a lot better think I have turned it around - we will see. Fed having more hea's today as have fed all night

Oh No! Is she teeting?

How many HE have you reduced too? I've reduced from 6 to 4

I know that feeling when i start opening the fridge for no reason...reach for the free stuff :)

Malita used to sleep from 6pm to 6.30am with the wakes. Now she sleeps 10pm to 7am with 3/4feeds

Think it is more than teething is really hot. Has had her full amount of calpol so far and never had that before, think she is fighting off some type of infection. Neve is normally doing 6 till around 5/6 with approx 2 wake ups but can be more than that - the last month or so has been bad for sleep but hopefully she will improve again. I think they just go through stages and there is meant to be a 6 month regression so hopefully out of that soon.
I was trying to just have one more hea but have failed miserably and it changes daily. I think I need to be clearer about what I am aiming for and syn the rest. I am going to try and read my books again and get back on track with Sw this week x

Wednesday
B porridge heb raspberry and banana honey (1)
L quorn turkey burger (no bun) cheese hea, wedges and ranch salad (3)
Snacks chocolate (10) quorn Turkey burger and cheese. Banana.

Syns so far 14.

Neve still struggling and have been on off feeding her for 2 hours. I am aiming to eat something salad related for tea and likely to go over my Syns - although with the amount of feeding I have done in last 24h I think I need it at the mo - I don't expect a loss tomorrow but at the moment I would be happy with a settled baby and a bit of sleep :)

Thankyou that's very kind. I have good weeks where I make an effort to cut and bad weeks where I eat the same every day or eat in a hurry. will have a search for you if you have a diary - more diaries keep me inspired and motivated x

L turkey quorn burger with wedges and salad and pickles BBQ sauce (2) cheese hea

Planning my meals has really helped and feeling full so far. Considering I am not a big fan of potatoes making wedges from a jacket pot is becoming a firm favourite and I feel I am being naughty while still on plan. Just written my return to work letter aargh- oh well has to be done. Lao had my nails done and feel back on plan :)

When do you have to return, if I am not sticking my nose...what do you do?

Hi going back in July - had to give 8 weeks notice but only have to work for three weeks before the summer holidays so a bit of a cheat really ;).
I work on the leadership team of a secondary school, love the job, it can be stressful and you have to do a lot of balancing with staff and students but it is different every day and very busy. Going in next week for a keeping in touch day and then doing two more in May and I am def looking forward to putting on my work clothes and engaging my brain x

Snacks chickpea and cumin tortilla dipping things from m and S 30gs 8 suns

Can I ask if you are thinking of going back to work and what you do? I may also have to do some shopping as interviewing next week and my old suit jacket is too big - so using brain and a reason to shop couldn't be better x

New jacket because others are big...Yay!

Since moving to Switzerland two years ago I haven't worked. Been pretty much pregnant since I got here. My 1st pregnancy was unfortunately a stillbirth.

I used to be a bank advisor in when I was in England at Nationwide, something I just fell into. Here in Switzerland it's a lil more difficult to fall into something. Pretty much every job you need to have completed a course. Oh and language too.

Long story short in Sept I'll be going back to study a MA on a part time basis for two years along the way maybe a part time job.

Sorry to hear about your stillbirth, you have had a lot of change in a relatively short time by the sound of it. I can imagine harder to find a job in Switzerland, what are you doing your MA in? I did an MSc a few years ago was a good experience :)
